Instruction

The X-360 cooling fan with AV connectors is a specially designed multifunctional product
for the Xbox 360® game console. It includes a cooling fan and different AV connectors
(AV, Component, S video, VGA, HDMI, Optical). The connection & cooling unit provides
all the necessary video and audio connections by using standard A/V cables, so there
is no need to purchase special Xbox 360® cables. The component (Y,Pr,Pb) VGA and
HDMI connections will provide you with the best quality on your TV screen. It also
includes S-Video and composite video connections for use with standard TVs. The left
and right audio connection provides stereo sound to your Hi-Fi or TV whilst the optical
toslink output allows you to connect a 5.1 sound system. The two built-in cooling fans will
provide increased airfl ow drawing the consoles generated warm air away to help reducing
the temperature. No modifi cation is required and the cooling unit can be used with your
console either in its horizontal or vertical positions. 4 USB output ports allow you to
connect more accessories to your Xbox 360® game console.

Fitting the connection & cooling unit:

• Turn off your console

• Remove your existing AV cable

• Plug the connection & cooling unit into the AV socket on the rear of your console

• The fan unit will power on and off automatically when you turn your console on or off.

AV connection:
The connection & cooling unit provides all the necessary video and audio connections by
using standard A/V cables. To select the required video output you will need to set the
2 output switches like shown below:

Einleitung

Der X-360 Kühllüf ter mit AV-A nschlüsse n ist ein speziell e ntwickelte s Mehrfunk tionspro dukt
für die Xbox 360®-Spielkonsole. Er besteht aus einem Kühllüfter und verschiedenen AV­Anschlüssen (AV, Komponenten, S-Video, VGA, HDMI, Optisch). An die Anschluss- und
Kühleinheit können mit Standard-AV-Kabeln alle notwendigen Video- und Audio-Geräte
angeschlossen werden, so dass Sie keine speziellen Xbox 360®-Kabel zu kaufen
brauchen. Die Komponenten (Y,Pr,PB) VGA- und HDMI-Anschlüsse bieten Ihnen die
beste Qualität auf Ihrem Fernsehbildschirm. Es sind auch S-Video- und Composite Video­Anschlüsse für Standardfernseher vorhanden. Die linken und rechten Audioanschlüsse
bieten Stereosound für Ihr Hi-Fi- oder TV-Gerät, während Sie an den optischen
Toslink-Ausgang ein 5.1-Soundsystem anschließen können. Die beiden eingebauten
Kühllüfter schaffen einen erhöhten Luftstrom, mit dem die in den Konsolen erzeugte
Warmluft abgezogen wird, um die Temperatur abzusenken. Es ist keine Modifi kation
erforderlich, und die Kühleinheit kann in horizontaler oder vertikaler Lage der Konsole
benutzt werden. Über die 4 USB-Ausgangsanschlüsse können Sie mehr Zubehör an Ihre
Xbox 360®-Spielkonsole anschließen.

Anbringung der Anschluss- und Kühleinheit

• Schalten Sie Ihre Konsole aus.

• Nehmen Sie das vorhandene AV-Kabel ab.

• Stecken Sie die Anschluss- und Kühleinheit in die AV-Buchse an der Rückseite Ihrer
Konsole.

• Die Lüftereinheit wird automatisch an- und ausgeschaltet, wenn Sie Ihre Konsole
an- oder ausschalten.

AV-Anschluss:
Die Anschluss- und Kühleinheit bietet alle nötigen Video- und Audioanschlüsse mit
Standard-AV-Kabeln. Um den benötigten Videoausgang auszuwählen, müssen Sie die
beiden Ausgangsschalter wie unten gezeigt einstellen:

Instructions

Le ventilateur de refroidissement X-360 avec prises AV est un produit multifonction
spécialement conçu pour la console de jeu Xbox 360®. Il comprend un ventilateur de
refroidissement et plusieurs prises AV (AV, Composant, S video, VGA, HDMI, Optique). L'unité
de raccordement et de refroidissement fournit toutes les possibilités de raccordement audio
et vidéo nécessaires avec des câbles AV ordinaires. De ce fait, il n'est pas nécessaire de se
procurer des câbles spécifi ques à la Xbox 360®. Les prises composant (Y,Pr,Pb) VGA et HDMI
vous offrent la meilleure qualité possible sur votre écran TV. L'appareil dispose également de
prises S-Video et vidéo composite pour une utilisation avec les téléviseurs ordinaires. Les
prises audio gauche et droite apportent le son stéréo à votre chaîne Hi-Fi ou votre téléviseur
alors que la sortie optique Toslink vous permet de raccorder un système de sonorisation 5.1.
Les deux ventilateurs intégrés augmentent le fl ux d'air pour aider à réduire la température de
la console. Aucune modifi cation n'est nécessaire et l'unité de refroidissement peut être utilisée
avec votre console qu'elle soit en position horizontale ou verticale. Les 4 ports USB vous
permettent de raccorder encore plus d'accessoires à votre console de jeu Xbox 360®.

Installation de l'unité de raccordement et de refroidissement :

• Eteignez votre console

• Retirez le câble AV existant

• Branchez l'unité de raccordement et de refroidissement dans la prise AV à l'arrière de la
console

• Le ventilateur s'allume et s'éteint automatiquement en même temps que vous allumez
et que vous éteignez la console.

Raccordement AV :
L'unité de raccordement et de refroidissement vous fournit toutes les possibilités
de raccordement vidéo et audio nécessaires avec des câbles A/V ordinaires. Pour
sélectionner la sortie vidéo voulue, vous devez paramétrer les deux commutateurs de
sortie comme indiqué ci-dessous :

De X-360 koelventilator met AV-aansluitingen is een speciaal ontworpen multifunctioneel
product voor de Xbox 360® gameconsole. Het bevat een koelventilator en
verschillende AV-aansluitingen (AV, Component, S video, VGA, HDMI, optisch). De
verbinding & koeleenheid levert alle nodige video- en audioaansluitingen met standaard
A/V-kabels, zodat er geen noodzaak is om speciale Xbox 360® kabels aan te schaffen.
De component- (Y,Pr,Pb) VGA- en HDMI-aansluitingen leveren de beste kwaliteit op uw
TV-scherm. Het levert tevens S-Video- en composietvideo aansluitingen voor gebruik met
standaard TV's. De linker en rechter audio aansluitingen leveren stereogeluid voor uw
Hi-Fi of TV terwijl de optische toslinkuitgang een aansluiting op een 5.1 geluidssysteem
mogelijk maakt. De twee ingebouwde koelventilatoren zullen de luchtstroom versterken
die helpt de geproduceerde warmte af te voeren. Er zijn geen aanpassingen nodig en de
koeleenheid kan worden gebruikt met uw console in een horizontale of verticale positie.
4 USB-poorten maken het mogelijk om meer accessoires aan te sluiten op uw Xbox 360®
gameconsole.

De verbinding & koeleenheid aansluiten:

• Schakel uw console uit.

• Verwijder de bestaande AV-kabels.

• Sluit de verbinding & koeleenheid aan op de AV-aansluiting aan de achterkant van uw
console.

• De ventilator zal automatisch aan en uit gaan wanneer u de console in- of uitschakelt.

AV-aansluiting:
