Enhanced control & versatility

The PrintStation Manager is the central control tool of the Prodigy 920 – designed to minimise

operation procedures while maximising productivity. The PrintStation Manager includes exceptionally extensive yet completely straightforward document make-ready options, among them TrueEdit and TrueImage. Its graphical user interface is intuitive and user-friendly; and a complete monitoring service of the output device is also provided.

Comprehensive editing with TrueEdit

The central element of TrueEdit is its comprehensive preview function, with which the whole document or individual parts of it can be reviewed. This is the convenient basis for the key operator to edit at page level, for example adding or removing text or graphical elements, reorganise the whole or any specific part of the document, insert tabs, delete pages or change the page order as required. De-skewing and de-speckling are also available, allowing the quick and easy refinement of scanned documents. The Preview function provides pure versatility at an overwhelming speed.

Finely tuned output quality with TrueImage

TrueImage includes various user-friendly options to adjust different procedures, thus optimising the print quality. Any changes saved will be applied to all subsequent ripping processes.

TrueCurve refers to the straightforward adaptation of toner curves and is particularly beneficial for the improvement of photos and other graphical elements. As part of the process contrast and

brightness can also be adjusted via individual sliders. Screening Setup is an intuitive tool that lets the key operator experiment with various settings for LPI, dot shape and raster angle – all three having an important part in the quality of digital printing.
