This sheet provides information regarding a discrepancy in the software initialization of QMS 2425 Print Systems that have ImageServer
instal le d.
Duplexer Option Shows on Startup Page
when ImageServer is Installed
Due to a discrepancy in the software initialization process, QMS 2425
Print Systems with ImageServer installed show that a duplexer is
installed when you print a start-up page. This may or may not occur
everytime you print a start-up page, and it does not mean that you
have a duplexer installed.
The duplexer is an installed option and will not be resident on your
system unless you’ve installed it. If you can’t determine if you have
the duplexer option, contact your vendor or QMS representative for
further information.
