Konica ip302 Problems with NEW IP SOFTWARE

SUBJECT: Problems with New IP Software.
Do not use the new software due to the following issues. The previous versions of the IP software have been placed on the web in place of the new software.
There have been reports from the field of IP's rebooting constantly after upgrading the system software to version 4.1.2. Konica is requesting information from locations that are experiencing this problem to help with identifying the cause of this problem and finding a solution. As this problem does not occur with every installation, we are requesting detailed information on the environment the controller was installed in as well as specifics on the hardware and software configuration of the printer and IP controller.
If you have loaded the new software and are experiencing this problem, could you please e-mail or fax a response back (1 sheet for each IP with the problem), as soon as possible, with the following information:
DEALER/BRANCH NAME AND CONTACT ­NUMBER OF IP'S UPGRADE PERFORMED ON ­NUMBER OF IP'S WITH REBOOT PROBLEM ­SPECIFIC ORDER THAT COMPONENTS WERE UPGRADED. IE (PRINTER, IP, KN)
UNDER WHAT CONDITIONS DID THE REBOOTING OCCUR? IE (FIRST TIME TURNED ON, AFTER SENDING PS PRINT JOB, AFTER SITTING IDLE FOR 1 HR, ETC...)
