Yourdealersellsaselectionofspeciallyformulatedlubricantsbasedonownengineeringspecications.
Recommendedlubricantsforyourimplementarelistedinthemaintenancechapter.
WARRANTY
Yourimplementiswarrantedaccordingtolegalrightsinyourcountryandthecontractualagreementwiththeselling dealer.Nowarrantyshall,however,applyiftheimplementhasnotbeenused,adjustedandmaintainedaccordingto theinstructionsgiveninthisoperator'smanual.
Itisprohibitedtocarryoutanymodicationstotheimplementunlessspecicallyauthorized,inwriting,bya KONGSKILDErepresentative.
CLEANINGYOURIMPLEMENT
Whenyouuseahighpressurewasher,donotstandtooclosetotheimplementandavoiddirectingthejetatelectronic components,electricalconnections,breathers,seals,llercaps,andsoon.
Cleandecalsonlywithasoftcloth,waterandagentledetergent.DONOTusesolvent,gasolineorotherharsh chemicalstocleandecals.Decalscouldberemovedorgetdamaged.
DISASSEMBLYORSCRAPPING
Whenyourimplementistakenoutofservicebecauseitisdamagedbeyondrepairorhasreachedtheendofits usefullife,disassembly,scrappingand/orrecyclingofcomponentsmustbeperformedonlybyaqualiedtechnician withserviceinstructions,andincompliancewithlocallawandregulations.

KONGSKILDEimplementcanonlyperformtheusual workinagriculture.Onlyconnecttheimplementtoa tractorthatcorrespondswiththespecicationsofthe implementandislegaltouse.
Theimplementrowcleanersaredevelopedforagricul­turalwork.Connecttheimplementonlytoagricultural tractorsanddrivebythehydraulicandelectricalsystem ontheagriculturaltractor.
Theimplementareonlyintendedforworkthesoilinbe­tweenrowcropslikemaizeandsugarbeetsinorderto mechanicallycleanoutbetweentherows.
Theimplementisarear-mountedrowcropcleaner mountedonaparallelogramsideshiftframe,designed formechanicalrowcropcleaning.Thenewintelligent

Theimplementisself-adjustingduringtheworkintheeld duetothecameracontrolledsideshiftframe.Theim­plementidentiesandfollowstherowsintheeldand adjustsitselfwhencameraisactive.Thesesolutional­lowsincreasemaximumworkingspeedupto10km/h (6.2mph).
Theworkmustoccurunderreasonableconditions,or thoroughagriculturalknowledgeandauthorizedopera­tion,onanormalcultivationthathasareasonableexten­sionwithoutforeignmatterandthelike.Theperformance oftheimplementwilldependonthecrop,theconditionof theeld,theground,andnallytheweather.
Ifyouusetheunitinconsistentlywithitsdestination, KONGSKILDEand/oritsrepresentativesshallnotbe heldliableforanydamagesincurred.Insuchcase,full responsibilityfortheimplementuse,transport,mainte­nance,repairs,etc.shallbebornebytheowner/user.

ThismachinecompliesstrictlywiththeEuropeanRegulationsonelectromagneticemissions.However,interference mayariseasaresultofaddonequipmentwhichmaynotnecessarilymeettherequiredstandards.Assuchinterfer­encecanresultinseriousmalfunctionoftheunitand/orcreateunsafesituations,youmustobservethefollowing:

Beforeyouworkintheeld,checkthattheimplement hasbeenconnectedcorrectly,thattheimplementisinthe workingpositionandthatequipmenthasbeenadjusted correctlyasdescribedintheprevioussections.
Whenyougointooroutoftheheadland,haveaslower speedthandrivingintheeld.Alwaysremembertolift andlowerthelinkswhenyougoinandoutofthehead­lands.Theimplementwillautomaticallyself-centerwhen itisbeingraisedduetoactivationofanimplementsensor whentheimplementislifted.Thecamerawillthengoon standby.
Loweringtheimplementwillactivatethecameraandit needsafewmeterstoreadtherows.Ifthecamerais notabletoidentifytherowsitwilllockthesideshiftinthe currentpositionuntilrowidenticationhasbeenrestored orimplementsensorhasbeenactivated.
Themaximumworkingspeedis14km/h(8.7mph),but dependingonthecropandtheworkingconditions,theop­timalworkingspeedshouldbebetween6–10km/h(3.7 –6.2mph).Alwaysadjustthespeedtotheconditionsin theeld.

Raisetheimplementabovethegroundandadjusttheside shiftframeinthecamerasteeringsettingsbymarkingthe twooutpositions(left-handsideandright-handside)and thecenterposition.
Tocontrolthecorrectpositionoftherollingshieldson eithersideoftherows,driveslowlyforwardsome2m (6.6ft)andcheckthattherollingshieldsarecorrectlypo- sitionedoneithersideoftherows.Ifnot,adjustthework­ingimplementsandtheprotectionshieldstosuittherow distance.
Driveagainslowlyforward.Stopaftersome10m(32.8ft) andexaminethepositionofthetractortoplink.Ifthetop linkisstraightinrelationtothetractor,andiftheimplement followstherows,thentheadjustmentiscorrect.
Ifthetoplinkhasmovedtoeitherside,adjusttheimple­mentatthelinksandtestagain.
Checktheworkingdepth–normallyapproximately3cm (1.2in).Theworkingdepthisnelyadjustedbyaltering thelengthofthetractortoplinkandsupportwheelonthe sections.Adjustingthetoplinkalsoalterstheangleofthe sharesandthusitsabilitytopenetrate.
Checkthatthesoilclodsfromtheshareshittherolling shields.Normallythelengthoftherollingshieldarms shouldbeadjustedsothatthecentersoftherollingshields areinlinewiththebackofthenearesttines.Athigh speeditmaybecomenecessarytomovetheshieldsfur­therback.
Checktheworkingdepthofthestabilizerdisc–itshould be>5cm(2in).Theworkingdepthiscannormallycor- rectbyadjustingthetensionofthespring.

Thestep-lessadjustableshieldsareadjustableinwidth from7cm(2.8in)topreventplantdamage.Theyare mountedontheparallelogramandareusedtomini­mizetheareaincontactwiththesoilandpreventweed, seedsandsoilthrownintothecroprows. Theshieldscanbelockedmanuallyinraisedposition whennotneededorinalaterplantstage.Duetothero­tationtherewillbeminimalplantdamageandnodrag­gingofplantresidues. Protectionshieldsandtinesarexedtothebeamby clamps(1).T ochangethepositionofprotectionshield ortine,proceedasfollows:
1.Loosenthenut(2).
2.Movetheprotectionshieldtotherightposition.
3.Tightthenut(2).
NOTE:Thereareright-handsideandleft-handsidepro­tectionshieldarmandprotectionshields.Mountthepro­tectionshieldsothattheserrationsturninthedirectionin thedirectionshown.

Thecamerabracketcanbeplaceddirectlyaboveasec­tiontosee2cropsrows(A)orbetweentwosectionsto see3rows(B)foraprecisionoflessthan1cm(0.4in), athighspeedandonundulatedlandtheaccuracyisup to2.5cm(1in).Mountandadjustthecameraprecisely beforeyoustarttoworktheeldtoavoidcropdamage. Ifthecultivatortinesgetloosened,tightentheclamping ringmountingthetineuntilyoureachthedynamometric momentbetween60–65N·m.
Usedanddestroyedpartsmustbeunconditionallyre­placedwiththenextpossibleopportimplementyinorder toensurethattheimplementoperatescorrectlyand safely.

2.Storetheimplementinadryplace,protectedagainst windandweatherinthebestpossibleway.
3.Greaseallgreasettingsafteryoucleantheimple­ment,accordingtothe“Maintenancechart”.
4.Checktheimplementfordamagedparts,loosescrew­joints,leakage,wearandotherdefectscarefullybefore thestorage.Ifthereisanydamage,itmaybeforgotten duringthestorageandresultinproblemsthefollowing season.Notedownthenecessarypartsyouwillneed beforethenextseasonandorderthespareparts.

Theresultisnodamageofcropintheheadlands,saving ofcostofherbicides,theexistingGPSequipmentcanbe utilizedforauto-steering.
