WARNING
• Please do not get the product wet. If your product is IP rated, please follow guidelines on
how to safely use your product overleaf.
• Please don’t take the product apart. There are no user serviceable parts inside

Protect your hearing and ears when using a headset
• Excessive exposure to loud sounds can cause hearing damage
• Exposure to loud sounds while walking may distract your attention and
cause an accident
• Always turn the volume down before plugging the earphones into an audio source and use only
the minimum volume setting necessary to hear your conversation or music

• In dry environments, static electricity can build up in the headset. Avoid using headsets in dry

environments or touch a metal object to discharge static electricity before connecting a headset
to the device
• Do not use a headset while driving or riding. Doing so may distract your attention and cause an
accident, or may be illegal depending on your region
Battery Information
• Batteries may malfunction if they are not used for extended periods
• Over time, unused devices will discharge and must be recharged before use
• Disconnect the charger from power sources when not in use
• Use the batteries only for their intended purposes
• Follow all instructions in this manual to ensure the longest lifespan of your device and battery.
Damages or poor performance caused by failure to follow warnings and instructions can void
your manufacturer’s warranty
• Batteries (battery pack or batteries installed) shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as
sunshine, fire or the like
• Please do not dispose of the battery in a fire or an oven, or mechanically crush or pierce the
battery, as this may result in an explosion.
• Please do not subject the battery to extremely low air pressure, which may result in an explosion
and/or the release of flammable liquid or gas

Give the headphones a full charge before their first use.
1. Connect the Micro USB Charge Cable to the Micro USB Charging Port (1) and plug into power
2. The Battery LED (2) will be red whilst charging which will take up to 2 hours
3. Once fully charged the Battery LED (2) will turn green
Note: The first charge may take up to 2 hours to complete.
Pairing the headphones to your device
1. Hold the MFB (6) down for 5 seconds. You will see the LED Indicator (9) flash red and blue and
enter pairing mode
2. Turn on your iOS, Android, or Windows device’s Bluetooth ON and search for new devices
3. Select KSENGAGE2 from the list of found devices. If asked for a passcode, enter ‘0000’ or ‘1234’
and the device will pair
4. Once connected, an audio tone will sound and the LED Indicator (4) will flash white. You can then
answer the phone or listen to your music
Note: The next time you switch the headphones on they will automatically search for and attempt to
connect to the last paired device
Re-pairing or pairing new devices
1. Turn Bluetooth connectivity off on any previously paired devices
2. Follow the ‘Pairing the headphones to your device’ instructions from step 1
