and disposal. Before using the product, familiarise yourself with all

Intended use
This shoe and glove dryer is intended for the heating and drying of
footwear and gloves.
Any other usage of or modification to the appliance is deemed to be
improper and carries a significant risk of accidents.
The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for damage(s) attributable
to misuse.
The appliance is not meant for commercial use.

Safety

Contact with live cables or components can result
in fatal injury!
Please observe the following safety guidelines to prevent
electrical hazards:
► Do not use the appliance if the power cable or the plug are
damaged.
► Before using the appliance again, have a new mains power
cable fitted by an authorised specialist.
► The appliance housing must not be opened under any circum-
stances. There is a risk of electric shock if live connections are
touched and the electrical and mechanical structure is changed.

Basic safety guidelines
To ensure safe operation of the appliance, follow
the safety guidelines set out below:
■ Check the appliance for visible external damage
before use. Do not operate an appliance that
has been damaged or dropped.
■ If the appliance's mains power cable is damaged, it
must be replaced by the manufacturer, the manufacturer's customer service department or by a
qualified technician so that risks can be avoided.
■ This appliance may be used by children aged
8 years and above and by persons with limited
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge, provided that they
are under supervision or have been told how to
use the appliance safely and are aware of the
potential risks. Children must not play with the
appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance tasks
may not be carried out by children unless they
are supervised.
■ Children younger than eight years of age must
be kept away from the appliance and the power
cable.

Packaging material is not a children's toy.
■ Do not allow children to play with the packaging
materials. Risk of suffocation.
■ The appliance, the connection cabling and the
mains plug may not be immersed in water or
other fluids.
■ If any liquid gets into the appliance, disconnect
the mains plug immediately. Arrange to have the
appliance checked before putting it into operation again after a period of remission.
■ Connect the mains plug only to a properly
installed, easily accessible plug socket whose
voltage corresponds to the specifications on the
rating plate. The plug socket must remain easily
accessible even following connection.
■ Ensure that the power cable cannot be damaged
by sharp edges or hot spots. Do not wind the
power cable around the appliance.
■ In order to disconnect the appliance completely
from the power supply, pull the mains plug out of
the power outlet.
■ When unplugging the appliance, always pull on
the plug rather than on the cable.
■ When using the appliance, ensure that the
power cable is not squeezed or crushed.

WARNING!
► The plug socket must be easily accessible even after connec-
tion.
NOTE
► In order to disconnect the appliance completely from the
power supply, pull the mains plug
out of the power outlet.
♦ Plug the mains plug
into a mains power socket.
♦ The operating lamp
lights up.
Using the heating elements as warmers
♦ Ensure that the shoes or gloves are dry.
♦ Insert one heating element
in each shoe or glove. After
about 20 minutes your shoes or gloves will be pre-warmed.
♦ Pull out the mains plug
and remove the heating elements
from the shoes or gloves.

Using the heating element as a dryer
NOTE
► The time required for drying depends on the moisture level of
the items and the material of the shoes or gloves. Extremely
wet and heavily padded shoes or gloves require far longer
to dry. In such cases, overnight drying is not usually possible.
♦ Ensure that there is no standing water in the shoes or gloves.
♦ Insert one heating element
into each shoe or glove and
leave it there overnight.
♦ Pull out the mains plug
and remove the heating elements
from the shoes or gloves.
Troubleshooting
WARNING!
► Never try to repair the appliance yourself.
Faults Possible causes/remedies

Extremely wet or heavily padded shoes
or gloves can take longer to dry.

Cleaning
WARNING!
► Protect the appliance from drips or splashes of water.
► Do not use aggressive or scouring cleaning agents.
CAUTION!
► NEVER submerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
Do not allow any moisture to penetrate into the appliance
during cleaning.
♦ Clean the appliance with a soft and slightly damp cloth.
Storage
If you plan not to use the appliance for a long period, store it in a
clean, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Disposal
The packaging is made from environmentally friendly
material and can be disposed of at your local recycling
plant.
Never dispose of the appliance in normal
domestic waste. This product is subject to the
provisions of the European WEEE (Waste
Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Directive
2012/19/EU.
Dispose of the appliance via an approved waste disposal company
or your municipal waste disposal facility. Please observe applicable
regulations. Please contact your waste disposal facility if you are in
any doubt.

Dear Customer,
This appliance has a 3-year warranty valid from the date of purchase. If this
product has any faults, you, the buyer, have certain statutory rights. Your
statutory rights are not restricted in any way by the warranty described
below.
Warranty conditions
The validity period of the warranty starts from the date of purchase. Please
keep your original receipt in a safe place. This document will be required as
proof of purchase.
If any material or production fault occurs within three years of the date of
purchase of the product, we will either repair or replace the product for you
at our discretion. This warranty service is dependent on you presenting the
defective appliance and the proof of purchase (receipt) and a short written
description of the fault and its time of occurrence.
If the defect is covered by the warranty, your product will either be repaired or
replaced by us. The repair or replacement of a product does not signify the
beginning of a new warranty period.

Warranty period and statutory claims for defects
The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs effected under the warranty.
This also applies to replaced and repaired components. Any damage and
defects present at the time of purchase must be reported immediately after
unpacking. Repairs carried out after expiry of the warranty period shall be
subject to a fee.
Scope of the warranty
This appliance has been manufactured in accordance with strict quality
guidelines and inspected meticulously prior to delivery.
The warranty covers material faults or production faults. The warranty does
not extend to product parts subject to normal wear and tear or fragile parts
such as switches, batteries, baking moulds or parts made of glass.
The warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged, improperly
used or improperly maintained. The directions in the operating instructions
for the product regarding proper use of the product are to be strictly followed. Uses and actions that are discouraged in the operating instructions
or which are warned against must be avoided.
This product is intended solely for private use and not for commercial purposes. The warranty shall be deemed void in cases of misuse or improper
handling, use of force and modifications/repairs which have not been carried out by one of our authorised Service centres.
Warranty claim procedure
To ensure quick processing of your case, please observe the following instructions:
▯ Please have the till receipt and the item number (e.g. IAN 12345)
available as proof of purchase.
▯ You will find the item number on the type plate, an engraving on the
front page of the instructions (bottom left), or as a sticker on the rear or
bottom of the appliance.
▯ If functional or other defects occur, please contact the service depart-
ment listed either by telephone or by e-mail.

▯ You can return a defective product to us free of charge to the service
address that will be provided to you. Ensure that you enclose the

minőségű termék mellett döntött. A használati útmutató a termék
része. Fontos tudnivalókat tartalmaz a biztonságra, használatra és
ártalmatlanításra vonatkozóan. A termék használata előtt ismerkedjen
meg valamennyi használati útmutatóval és biztonsági figyelmeztetéssel. Csak a leírtak szerint és a megadott célokra használja a
készüléket. A készülék harmadik személynek történő továbbadása
esetén adja át a készülékhez tartozó valamennyi leírást is.

A cipő- és kesztyűszárítót cipők és kesztyűk melegítésére és szárítására tervezték.
A készülék minden más felhasználása nem rendeltetésszerűnek
minősül és jelentős balesetveszélyt okozhat.
A nem rendeltetésszerű használatból eredő károkért a gyártó nem
vállal felelősséget.
A készülék nem alkalmas ipari használatra.
Figyelmeztetések
Ebben a használati útmutatóban a következő figyelmeztető jelzéseket
használjuk:

Tartsa be az alábbi biztonsági utasításokat, hogy elkerülje az
elektromos áramütés veszélyét:
► Ne használja a készüléket, ha a vezeték vagy a csatlakozó
meg van sérülve.
► A készülék további használata előtt szereltessen rá új csatlako-
zóvezetéket megfelelő jogosultsággal rendelkező szakemberrel.
► Semmiképpen sem nyissa fel a készülék burkolatát. Áramütés
veszélye áll fenn, ha hozzáér a feszültség alatt álló csatlakozásokhoz, vagy megváltoztatja az elektromos és mechanikus
felépítést.

Alapvető biztonsági figyelmeztetések
A készülék biztonságos használata érdekében
tartsa be az alábbi biztonsági utasításokat:
■ Használat előtt ellenőrizze a készüléket, hogy
nincs-e rajta látható sérülés. Ne működtessen
hibás vagy leesett készüléket.
■ Ha a készülék hálózati csatlakozóvezetéke sérült/
megsérül, akkor a veszélyek elkerülése érdekében
ki kell cseréltetni a gyártóval, a gyártó vevőszolgálatával vagy hasonló képesítéssel rendelkező
személlyel.
■ A készüléket 8 éves kor feletti gyermekek és csök-
kent fizikai, érzékszervi vagy mentális képességű
vagy tapasztalattal, illetve tudással nem rendelkező személyek csak felügyelet mellett használhatják, vagy ha felvilágosították őket a készülék
biztonságos használatáról és megértették az
ebből eredő veszélyeket. Gyermekek nem játszhatnak a készülékkel. Tisztítást és a felhasználó
által végzendő karbantartást felügyelet nélküli
gyermekek nem végezhetnek.
■ Ne engedjen 8 évesnél fiatalabb gyerekeket a
készülék és a csatlakozó vezeték közelébe.
■ A csomagolóanyag nem játékszer.
■ Gyermekek nem játszhatnak a csomagolóanyag-
gal. Fulladásveszély áll fenn.

A készüléket, a csatlakozóvezetéket és a hálózati
csatlakozódugót nem szabad vízbe vagy más
folyadékba meríteni.
■ Azonnal húzza ki a hálózati csatlakozódugót,
ha mégis folyadék kerülne a készülékbe. Ismételt
üzembe helyezés előtt ellenőriztesse a készüléket.
■ A hálózati csatlakozódugó kizárólag olyan
szabályszerűen beszerelt, könnyen elérhető
csatlakozóaljzathoz csatlakoztatható, amelynek
feszültsége megfelel a típustáblán feltüntetett
feszültségértéknek. A csatlakozóaljzatnak a
csatlakoztatást követően is könnyedén hozzáférhetőnek kell maradnia.
■ Ügyeljen arra, hogy a csatlakozókábelt ne sért-
hesse meg éles szegély vagy forró felület.
Ne tekerje a csatlakozókábelt a készülék köré.
■ Ha teljesen ki szeretné kapcsolni a készüléket,
akkor húzza ki a hálózati csatlakozódugót.
■ A hálózati csatlakozódugót mindig a dugónál, ne
pedig a vezetéknél fogva húzza ki a csatlakozóaljzatból.
■ A készülék használata során ügyeljen arra, hogy
a csatlakozókábel ne törjön meg vagy ne szoruljon be.

■ Húzza ki a hálózati csatlakozódugót a csatlako-
zóaljzatból, ...
... ha hiba történik,
... ha nem használja a készüléket,
... mielőtt a készüléket tisztítani kezdi és
... vihar esetén.
■ Ne használja a készüléket, ha látható sérülések
vannak a készüléken vagy a csatlakozókábelen.
■ A veszélyek elkerülése érdekében a sérült csatla-
kozókábelt a gyártónak, a gyártó vevőszolgálatának vagy hasonló szakképzett személynek kell
kicserélnie.

hozzáférhetőnek kell lennie.

► Ha teljesen ki szeretné kapcsolni a készüléket, akkor húzza
ki a hálózati csatlakozódugót

♦ Húzza ki a hálózati csatlakozódugót
és vegye ki a fűtőele-
meket a cipőkből vagy a kesztyűkből.

Fűtőelemek használata szárításra
TUDNIVALÓ
► A szárítás időtartama a nedvesség mértékétől és a cipő,
illetve a kesztyű anyagától függ. Erősen átázott és erősen
párnázott cipőnek vagy kesztyűnek jelentősen hosszabb
időre van szüksége a száradáshoz. Ilyen esetben egyetlen
éjszaka általában nem elegendő a száradáshoz.
♦ Ügyeljen arra, hogy ne legyen pangó víz a cipőkben vagy
kesztyűkben.
♦ Helyezzen egy-egy fűtőelemet
a cipőbe vagy a kesztyűbe
és hagyja bennük éjszakára.
♦ Húzza ki a hálózati csatlakozódugót
és vegye ki a fűtőele-
meket a cipőből vagy a kesztyűből.
Hibaelhárítás
FIGYELMEZTETÉS!

Nagyon nedves vagy erősen párnázott
cipők vagy kesztyűk esetén a száradás
hosszabb ideig tarthat.
