Quad Carrier Mounting Instructions
WARNING!!
Failure to follow the instructions and warnings contained in this document and on the Quad
Carrier can result in severe injury or death.
Read and understand your ATV owner’s manual for risks associated with ATV use and
suitability of the Quad Carrier for use on you ATV.
1. Choose the best position for mounting the plates on your ATV rack.
2. Using the enclosed plastic cross braces, bolts, washers and nuts provided, position the
mounting plate in the desired location on your ATV. Put the bolts with washers through the slot in the mounting plate and into the lock washers located in the cross braces. Tighten securely. For best results, bracket should be mounted in three (3) spots on your ATV rack.
3. Place the 30” Tube on the mounting plate using the 2 – 1.00” bolts and lock nuts.
CLAMP APPLICATION:
To use these clamps, place the clamp over the tubes and then unlock them into the release position. Hand tighten the clamps and then fold them over into the locked position.
4. Place an arm on each end of the 30” pipe.
5. Use 1 clamp per arm to fasten the arms in the desired position.
6. Repeat these steps for the other half of the Kolpin Quad Carrier.

NEVER TOW FROM QUAD CARRIER. Tow only from ATV tow hooks or hitch. Towing by Quad Carrier may result in Vehicle Damage, Quad Carrier damage or severe injury or death.
WATCH FOR CLEARANCE. Requires additional clearance especially through narrow passages.
AVOID MOUNTING QUAD CARRIER NEAR MOVING PARTS. Interference with moving parts may result in vehicle damage, Quad Carrier damage, or severe injury or death.

EXCEED LOAD CAPACITY. Quad Carrier is limited to hauling 50lbs of material. Overloading Quad Carrier may result in vehicle damage, Quad Carrier damage, or severe injury or death.
