units, the GB560 is stackable — allowing you to double the capacity in the same footprint.

KOLD-DFT ice machines produce the only “square cube,” known for its perfect shape,
purity, hardness, and slower melt rate. at means it not only looks beer, but also lasts
longer in storage bins, cocktail sinks, drinks, salad bars, bags, and coolers. And all KOLDDFT ice machines feature a unique “upside-down” horizontal evaporator and water plate
assembly. As water is sprayed upward into the evaporator cells, the pure water freezes rst
while particulates and air are forced out and dumped at the end of each cycle. is leaves
only perfect crystal-clear cubes, nearly as pure as distilled water.
e GB560 Series’ rugged unibody construction and time-proven design ensure reliable
operation, greater water eciency and maximum ice-making capacity. Plus, they are energy
ecient, using environmentally friendly R-404A refrigerant. To facilitate maintenance,
the GB560 is serviceable from the front and is armed with our 5-year “bumper-tobumper” warranty on all parts and labor — the longest in the industry.
