Your child's safety depends on you. Proper product use cannot be assured unless
you follow these instructions. Read all instructions BEFORE assembly and USE of the
stationary activity center. Keep instructions for future use.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION:
How to Keep Your Child Safe While Using this Product
• CAUTION: Toys intended to be assembled by adult!
• Failure to follow all warnings and instructions may result in a serious injury
or death. For your child's safety, read the labels and the instructions before
using product. If you do not have instructions, call 1-800-453-7673.
• Never leave child unattended. Always keep child in view while in product.
• Strings can cause strangulation! DO NOT place items with a string around
your child's neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords. DO NOT suspend
strings over the activity center or attach strings to toys.
• Never use top tray and base unless connected by the link.
• Never remove link.
• Product may gradually move across the floor as a child plays in it.
• Never use near stairs, ranges, sources of heat, hot liquids, pools, bath tubs
or anything else which could hurt your child.
• Do not fill this product with water.
• To avoid tip over, make sure the legs are properly attached to the base and
place product on a flat level surface.
• Never lift or carry this product with child in it.
• DO NOT lift product by tray or toys.
• Stage 1 Activity Center should only be used by a child who meets the
following criteria:
- Can hold up their head
- Is able to sit upright unassisted
- Is unable to walk
- Weighs less than 30 lbs. (13.6 kg)
- Is less than 30 inches (76.14 cm) tall
• Stop using this product in Stage 1, Activity Center, when your child
reaches any of the following developmental stages:
- Can walk by themselves
- Is over 30" tall
- Can climb out of the product
- Can stand flat footed in the unit
WARNING
