Product Specification
The acrylic Bubblemassage bath shall be 72″ (1829 mm) in length, 36″ (914 mm) in width, and 20″ (508 mm) in height. Bath
shall be for drop-in [-G] or 3-side integral flange [-GLF, -GRF]. Bath shall have a blower motor with 300 W heater, electronic user
control, and blower motor with grounding-type plug-in cord. Bath shall feature a textured bottom surface, 120 Bubblemassage
airjets, and left or right drain. Bath shall have an optional K-1601 removable footstop, K-1283 removable apron, and K-1491
removable bath pillow available. Bath shall be UL listed. The Bubblemassage bath shall be Kohler Model K-1257-____-____.

Installation Notes
NOTICE: If the blower motor and check valve are
relocated, two access panels are required. Locate one
access panel at the blower motor/control location and the
other at the control box. Locate the blower motor and check
valve together.
Install this product according to the installation guide.
Floor support under the bath must provide for a minimum of
41 lbs/square foot (198 kg/square meter) loading.
If used, the optional apron must be installed before the
finished floor and wall materials are installed.
If installing a rim-mount faucet, make sure there is no
interference with drain overflow and circulating system before
drilling any holes. Consult local and national codes for
minimum air gap requirements if installing a spout on the
faucet deck.
