The petite vanity shall be made of select birch, both solids and veneers. Vanity shall be 23″ (584 mm) wide, 18-5/16″ (465 mm)
deep, and 32-3/4″ (832 mm) high. Vanity shall feature a catalyzed modified polyurethane finish. Vanity shall feature top and
bottom drawers. Vanity shall feature select apple veneer drawer fronts and full-extension drawer slides. Vanity shall be intended
