DESCRIPTION

This installation and user guide covers the installation of the Stillness range of tted

bathroom furniture.
There are two base units available for installing the washbasins. One is available for

a single washbasin and another is available for the ceramic vanity top.
The ceramic vanity top must be mounted on the wall before installing the base unit

(refer to the manufacturer’s instructions for the washbasin for xing dimensions).

They are installed and maintained in accordance with the recommendations

given in this manual.

Carefully inspect the new furniture for any signs of damage.

INSTALLATION

General

1. Make sure that the location of the mirrors are in the correct zone away from
the bathing area.

Install the Rectangular Mirror (800 mm)

1. Carefully remove the mirror from the housing.

1. Decide on the location of the mirror.

2. Mark the positions of the xing holes for the wall hanging brackets and the

incoming electrical supply to the dimensions given.

3. Using a suitable drill, drill the hole for the xing screws. Fit suitable wall

plugs.

Note! There are no xing screws or wall plugs suppplied with this product.

Special consideration should be given to the xing arrangements when installing

on to a dry lined, stud partition or laminated panel wall structures. Installers

may wish to obtain alternative proprietary cavity xing, or choose other options,
however, these methods of xing are beyond the scope of this guide.

4. Position the mirror housing on the wall and secure in position with the xing

screws, making sure that it is level.

5. Connect the electrical supply to the electrical connectors.

6. Carefully lift the mirror back onto the housing making sure that it locates correctly
on the support screws.

Install the Rectangular Mirror (1200 mm)

Install the 800 mm Base Unit

1. Decide on the location of the base units.

2. Mark the positions of the xing holes for the wall hanging brackets to the

dimensions given.

3. Using a suitable drill, drill the hole for the xing screws. Fit suitable wall

plugs.

Install the 400 mm, 600mm and 800 mm Side Units

1. Decide on the location of the side units.

2. Mark the positions of the xing holes for the wall hanging brackets to the

dimensions given.

3. Using a suitable drill, drill the hole for the xing screws. Fit suitable wall

plugs.

Continue with the Installation

Note! There are no xing screws or wall plugs supplied with this product. Special

5. Fit the wall hanging brackets with the xing screws

6. Remove the drawers.

Base Unit Installation

7. Fully unscrew the bottom adjusting screws. This will give you enough clearance
when hanging the base unit.

8. Fit the unit in position on the wall, lifting it over the wall hanging brackets.

9. Use a spirit level to make sure that the unit is level.

10. Level the base unit by adjusting the attachment screws. The top screw will
adjust the unit vertically, and the bottom screw will adjust it horizontally.

11. Ret the drawers.

Side Unit Installation

Install the Single Washbasin

1. Apply silicone sealant in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions around
the opening for the washbasin.

2. Install the washbasin making sure that it is orientated correctly.

3. Remove and excess sealant.

Install the Base Unit for the Ceramic Vanity Top

4. Fit the wall hanging brackets with the xing screws.

5. Fit the concealing trim to the base unit with the supplied xing screws.

8. Use a spirit level to make sure that the unit is level.

Door Adjustment

1. If necessary, adjust the doors to t as shown in the above diagram.

Fit the Door Handles

1. If necessary, install the door handles

A-Vertical

Loosen screw 'A' on all
hinges. Adjust door and
retighten screw.

B-Lateral

Loosen screw 'B'.
Adjust door and
retighten screw.

C-Horizontal

Loosen screw 'B' ½ turn.
Turn screw 'C' until door
is positioned correctly
and retighten screw 'B'.

Cleaning

Caution! Risk of product damage. Many cleaners contain abrasive and chemical

substances, and should not be used for cleaning stainless steel, wood, enamel,

plated or plastic ttings. These nishes should be cleaned using a mild washing up

detergent or soap solution, rinsed and then wiped dry with a soft clean cloth.

Door and Cabinet Care: Usually regular cleaning with a damp cloth is sufcient.

Never use strong detergents or abrasive cleaners as this may damage the surface

nish of your furniture.

Glass Care: When cleaning glass panels or mirrors, use a damp cloth or leather
with washing-up liquid or soft soap. Do not use washing powders or any other
substance containing abrasives, as these will scratch the glass. Bathroom furniture
may deteriorate if subjected to heavy water spillage or prolonged condensation. Any
edges that may come into contact with water must be sealed.

We strongly recommend that all installations are well ventilated, failure to do so may
invalidate your guarantee.

Damage or defects arising from incorrect installation,
improper use or lack of maintenance.
Installed product damaged in transit Consequential loss,
damage or product removal and installation costs.
General wear and tear.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory and other
legal rights.
