GETTING STARTED

Charging the toothbrush: Be sure to turn the toothbrush off before putting it into the charger. Plug the power plug into a wall outlet, then place the toothbrush handle into the charger. The charger indicator will light up, indicating the handle is charging. Once the battery is fully charged, all 3 sections of the charging indicator will be lit up in solid green, indicating the toothbrush is fully charged.
Note:
1. It takes at least 24 hours to charge the battery fully. When fully charged, the toothbrush can be used for 20 pre-timed brush cycles (approximately 10 days) if brushing twice daily.
2. The toothbrush must be charged for 24 hours if:
(a) this is the first time using the toothbrush (b) the toothbrush has not been used for more than 3 months. (c) the charge is fully drained from use
3. To keep the battery fully charged, we recommend that you keep the toothbrush in the charger when not in use.
4. During brushing, the toothbrush will get warm. This is completely normal.
5. The operating duration will become shorter as the battery gets older. If the toothbrush operates for only 1 short time after being charged, then this means that the battery is nearing the end of its life cycle. Contact the Kogan support center for assistance.
6. Attach a brush head to the handle. There will be about
0.5mm space between the brush head and the handle. (refer to Fig 1)
7. Press the mode button to select the mode. If you know the mode used last time, then there is no need to select again. There are 3 modes:
(a) Clean: standard mode for superior teeth polishing (b) Polish: Teeth cleaning with polishing function (c) Massage: Pulsates for gentle gum stimulation.
8. Wet the bristles and apply a small amount of toothpaste.
9. Place the bristles against the teeth at a slight angle towards the gum line. (refer to Fig 2)
10. Press the on/off button to turn the toothbrush on.
11. In order to maximise the cleaning effectiveness, divide your mouth into 4 sections. Start with section 1 and brush each section for 30 seconds. The brushing action will pause between each 30 second interval, indicating when it is time to move to the next section. The toothbrush will automatically stop after 2 minutes use. (refer to Fig 3)
12. Take the brush head away from the handle. (refer to Fig 4)
13. Rinse both the brush head and handle under running water and then wipe them dry. (refer to Fig 5)
14. Put the handle back into the charger.

6. When using the sanitiser:
