OPERATION
1. Pour the desired ingredients into the ice cream maker. The total amount of
ingredients should add to around 200ml.
Do not use a dishwasher to wash these components.
It is recommended to refrigerate the ingredients beforehand to ensure they can freeze and churn into ice cream.
Avoid adding drinks that contain artificial additives as this may affect the texture of the ice cream.
If choosing to include alcohol in the ice cream, do not add it at this stage as this may alter affect the ability for the ingredients to churn into a smooth texture. Add the alcohol once the ice cream is completed.

3. Connect the power cord into the power port and power socket. Switch the power socket on.
Ensure the control dial pointed to ‘OFF’ prior to turning the power on.

4. Turn the control dial to the desired setting. There are five settings (Cont.,
Note:
30, 60, 90, and 120 mins). A 90-minute cycle is recommended for a softer ice cream, whereas a 120-minute cycle makes for a firmer texture.
The ice cream maker will then begin churning and the indicator light will illuminate.
The ‘Cont.’ setting is a continuous setting that keeps the ice cream maker churning until you turn it off.
5. If you selected one of the timed settings, the ice cream maker will stop after the listed time. Turn the control dial back to ‘OFF’ and lift the lid and motor. Check on the texture of the ice cream. If the texture is to your liking, use the scoop to take out the ice cream and enjoy.
If the ice cream requires more time or you are seeking a firmer texture, place the lid and motor back on, and turn the control dial to the desired setting to allow the ice cream to continue churning. Turn the control dial back to ‘OFF’ and remove with the scoop once the desired texture is reached.
