If you feel discomfort or pain during use, stop use immediately.
Usage
1. Please clean your teeth and mouth thoroughly before use.
2. Remove the needle cap of the whitening gel, then
spread the gel evenly onto the mouth tray. (Each
use of the whitening gel should use up
approximately 1ml of gel)
3. Press the mouth tray gently onto your teeth with your fingers, making
sure the tray fits comfortable over your teeth. Wipe any overflow away
with a tissue or a cotton wipe.
4. Turn on the mini blue light, then place the light inside
your mouth so that it is shining onto your teeth. After
10-15 minutes of exposure to your teeth, remove the
light and continue wearing the mouth tray for the
remaining usage time.
5. Each daily use should last for 30-60 minutes (depending on your comfort
level), and one tooth-whitening course should last for 7-9 days.
6. After each use, thoroughly clean the mouth tray with warm water, dry it
and then store it in a dry location.
