Important
To ensure long-term trouble-free service of the product. Please read this manual
carefully before using the product.
1. Do not try to force open the covers. It is a high precision engineered product.
2. Do not use acidic or abrasive solvents to clean the covers.
3. Do not put force on the unit wiring, to avoid damage or poor connection.
4. Keep the product out of direct sun and high temperature. Do not operate in high humidity conditions.
5. Please wire strictly as per diagram. If wiring is wrong, the product will not work and can
even damage connected electrical system.
6. Please keep the machine in a suitable environment. The storage temperature for this unit is
from -20°C to 70°C and the operating temperature for this unit is from -10°C to 60°C.
Do not let the product exceed this temperature.

INSTALLATION
1. Remove four screws on the bottom and disassemble metallic support, as picture 1.
2. Fix the top metallic support to the roof section, as picture 2. Make room for the
wire (please be careful to not damage the top of the machine).
3. Position the unit edge within the seal ring, making sure the unit body edges fit
securely into the seal ring.
4. Install metallic support, connect all parts ensuring adequate room for all wires.
5. Using supplied screws, secure the unit body to the support.

Battery installation diagram for remote control
1. Do not directly touch infrared light.
2. Do not press remote control when disassembling
the battery cover of remote control.
3. Remove battery when not in use for extended periods.
4. Normal battery life is approximately one year.
Replace battery when the remote control is not sensitive.

TROUBLESHOOTING ISSUES
Issue Possible Reason
No sound and image Power is disconnected; the machine is not turned on
No image Standby switch is pressed down; disc is scratched; signal
wire is disconnected
No sound Volume too low or the volume setup is not correct
Black screen Incorrect setup of image luminance and contrast; check
power supply
Blurring and unstable image Disc is scratched; media device is damaged
Image skipping Check disc or media device
Colour Function menu setup is incorrect;
No power Check power supply; check internal fuse
No image after loading the disc Only audio frequency for the disc has been set; disc is
scratched; disc format is not supported
Unstable sound caused by vibration DVD or media device is dirty or seriously damaged
Unstable sound with no vibration Disc is dirty or scratched; clean or replace the disc

OPERATION OF DVD SYSTEM
Play DVD/DCD/CD
Put the DVD disc into the DVD slot with the label of disc upwards. Unit will
commence autoplay. Press on panel or on remote control to stop.
Press on panel or on remote control to pause.
Play MP3
Insert the file storage media into the appropriate media file input and unit will
commence autoplay.
Press on panel or on remote control to stop.
Press on panel or on remote control to pause.
Press on panel or on remote control when pausing to replay
Replay
1. Press to repeat one or more songs.
2. Press numeric key to directly play the specified song.
System setup
Press button for setup on remote control to enter system and set menu.
Press on remote control to choose modification item and press
to enter, as below picture.

1. Television system: set DVD output image format. Three available formats
NTSC/PAL/AUTO can be chosen.
2. Resume play: system will connect to play once power is resumed.
3. Screen protection: screen protection can be selected.
4. Screen picture ratio: choose image output ratio as per request.
5. Password: set a new 4 number password. The initial password is 0000.
6. Level setting: parents lock is available. Varying levels can be selected.
7. Default setting: restore factory’s initial settings.
8. Language: choose the appropriate language shown in the menu.
9. Audio language: set disc output language.
10. Subtitle language: set disc subtitle language.
11. Menu language: set menu language of disc.
Note: The disc must support audio language, subtitle language and menu language.

USB/SD FUNCTION
1. Insert SD card or USB. Choose the appropriate media input and press
under DVD mode to select the required mode.
2. Stop: press or under USB/SD mode and then switch to DVD mode.
MENU FUNCTION SETUP
Press on panel or on remote control for main menu.
Then press on panel or on remote control for setup and
adjustment.
Main menu selection includes:
