This product has several pinch points which could cause injury. Be careful opening, closing and lowering the height adjustment bar.

Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package contents list and hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product. Estimated Assembly Time: 15 minutes Tools Required for Assembly (not included): Crescent wrench or 10 mm wrench

1. Using the hex key (FF), first remove the bolt (EE) then the plug pin (DD) from the foot bar (E).
2. Repeat step 1 for the foot bar with leveling knob (F). NOTE: Do not remove the screw from the stand foot. There is a secondary plug pin inside the stand foot that the screw goes through. On the bottom of the support leg, insert the plug pin (DD) through both holes. NOTE: Make sure that the threaded hole is facing toward the bottom of the leg support. Use the hex key to tighten the screws.
3. Position roller (A) so that the two holes on the mounting plate of the roller are aligned with the hole on the height indicator (the side with the letters). Insert the previously removed bolts (AA) through the holes and then tighten in place using flat washers (CC), the previously removed nuts (BB), the hex key (FF) and a wrench (not included) (see Figure 4). NOTE: Make sure when tightening the roller assembly that the roller stays level. Screw the locking lever (B) into the side of the leg support frame.

1. To open the roller stand, push in and hold the release/lock knob and then pull out on the front of the leg support frame until you hear the release/lock knob lock into place.
To close the roller stand, push in and hold the release/lock knob and then pull on the back leg support until you hear the release/lock knob lock into place.
2. To raise the height of roller, loosen the locking lever (B) by turning it counterclockwise. Pull up on the roller (A) until you get to the desired height. While holding the roller (A), tighten the locking lever (B) by turning it clockwise. To lower the height of the roller, while holding onto the roller, loosen the locking lever (B) by turning it counterclockwise and lower the height indicator bar (G) all the way down.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
To clean, wipe down the product with a clean, lint-free tissue or cloth. Store in a dry location. For stubborn stains, wipe down with lukewarm water. Do not submerge product in water. Make sure all connections are tight prior to use. Make sure the roller stand is closed and the height indicator is completely down before storing.

Stand won't open or close.
1. Release/Lock knob stuck.
Loosen locking lever by turning it counterclockwise. Check to see if the tube housing the height indicator bar is damaged.
Push and pull on knob until it will move freely, spray lubricating fluid on the assembly and try moving again.
2. Locking lever tight. Height indicator bar stuck.
Can't raise height indicator bar.
