Function:
The repeatedly proven material extraction for round silos takes place with an agitator built into the extraction housing, in
the centre of the agitator an extraction auger is driven by a massive cardan joint. When the silo is full, the auger tends
toward an upright position. The funnel limits the inclined position of the auger when the silo is empty. The drive is carried
out by a helical worm gear motor to the sweeping mechanism.
With material compacting in the extraction housing, the conveyance direction of the auger is automatically changed for a
period of time set at the factory, as a result of increased power consumption of the drive. This loosens up the
compacting, and a malfunction is prevented.

Scope of delivery:

- Funnel Extraction System according to the order data with drive unit 3 x 400 V,

- Automatic control of the drive for the worm spur gear motor for both rotational directions

- Safety limit switch mounted on the maintenance lid of the extraction system casing.

A second connecting point for feed systems on the extraction system casing for double-boiler plants.

Enlarged funnel [Art.-No. AP-Z02 / 7388042]

Extra charge for funnel diameter of 3000 mm.
Observe: funnel diameter of 3000 mm required from AP-12 to AP-22.
