REPLACEMENT WHEEL INSTRUCTIONS

Tools Required: Materials Included:

Hammer Two Axle Pins
Pliers Two Wheels

1. Lay the chair face down on the fl oor or a table.

2. Locate the wheels on the bottom of the chair; each

wheel is held in place with an axle pin.

3. Grip the axle pin with a pair of pliers and push it
towards the outside of the chair. (This could require
some force.)

4. When enough of the axle pin is exposed on the
outside of the chair leg that you can grip it with the
pliers, do so and pull the axle pin completely out of
the chair.

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the opposite wheel.
Discard the old axle pins and wheels.

6. Take one of the new axle pins and (using a
hammer) tap it into the hole where the old axle pin
was removed. Stop hammering once the axle pin is

visible in the recessed area for the wheel.

7. Take one of the new wheels and line up the center
hole with the axle pin. Hold the wheel in place while
you hammer the axle pin through it.

8. Once the axle pin is through the wheel, align it with
the recessed hole on the inside edge of the wheel

recess and hammer the axle pin into it until it is fl ush

with the outside of the chair.

8. Repeat steps 6, 7 and 8 for the other wheel.

9. Check that each wheel spins freely. Clean the chair

before using.
