REPLACEMENT CASTER INSTRUCTIONS

Hardware Supplied

Two 35 mm Joint Connector Bolts Two Joint Connector Nuts

Tools Required:

One 5 mm (3/16”) Allen Wrench
One 4 mm (5/32”) Allen Wrench

1. Place the chair face down on a table so that you can access the
casters on the bottom of the chair.

2. Each caster is held in place with two 35 mm joint connector bolts
and two joint connector nuts.

3. Identify the caster to be replaced. Take a 4 mm Allen wrench and
insert it into the head of one joint connector bolts. Take a 5 mm
Allen wrench and insert it into the corresponding joint connector nut
on the opposite side of the caster.

4. Use the 5 mm Allen wrench to hold the joint connector nut in
place while you use the 4 mm Allen wrench to unscrew the joint
connector bolt.

5. Repeat step 4 to remove the second joint connector nut and
bolt from the caster. Once removed, discard the old caster and
hardware.

6. Take the new caster and position it over one of the chair legs, so
that the holes in the caster bracket align with the holes in the chair.

7. Take one of the joint connector nuts and insert it through one of
the holes in the caster bracket and into the chair leg. Take one of
the joint connector bolts and insert through the corresponding hole
on the opposite side of the caster bracket.

8. Use the 5 mm Allen wrench to hold the joint connector nut while
you screw the joint connector bolt into it, using the 4 mm Allen
wrench.

9. Repeat steps 8 and 9 for the second hole in the caster bracket.

10. Return the chair to its upright position and ensure all the casters
are functioning correctly.

11. Clean the work area and return the chair to use.
