REPLACEMENT STRAP INSTRUCTIONS

Two Plastite Screws
Two 5/8” Phillips Pan Head Machine

Tools Required:
Phillips Head Screwdriver
1. Use a Phillips Head Screwdriver to remove
the screws securing the old strap. Discard the
old strap and screws.
2. Take the new strap and lay it on the unit.
For the KB107, position the strap with the
short end towards the back of the unit.
For the KB108 and KB112, position the strap
so that the short end of the strap is towards
the front of the unit.
3. Secure the strap to the unit by inserting
one of the screws provided through the hole
in the chafe tab and into the insert/hole in the
front of the unit. Use the Machine screws
for the KB107 and KB112 models, and the
Plastite screws for the KB108 model.
4. Repeat the previous step for the opposite
end of the strap.
5. Clean up work area and close unit.
