Battery installation
Bell push unit

- Remove the nameplate cover. Remove the small rubber screw cover in lower
right-hand corner with thin-tipped tweezers or a needle and unscrew the retaining screw
- Insert a flat-head screwdriver into the slot on the bottom of the bell push and gently
turn to open the front cover
- Install the CR2032 battery ensuring the polarity is correct (+ side up) and replace
front cover
- Replace the retaining screw and rubber cover and replace name plate
Auto-learning code set up
Operation for 2 bell pushes and 1 receiver
1. After battery installation, press the bell push once on the first bell push to generate a new operation code. Then hold the melody button on the receiver for 3 seconds. The receiver will sound which indicates that a new operation code is registered and memorized. You can then assign a melody to this bell push by pressing the melody selection button positioned on side of receiver. Press bell push once again and this melody will be the pre-set for this bell push.
2. Repeat this process for second bell push
Interference
Should you experience interference from another door chime operating in your area (for example: receiver sounds for no reason) - remove the batteries from both bell pushes, unplug the receiver from the socket and leave for 30 seconds - this will erase the memory. Re-insert batteries in both bell pushes, plug in receiver and repeat auto learning code set up.
Melodies for the bell push
There are 36 built-in melodies with the receiver. The receiver will sound different melodies in response to bell push activation. 2 melodies can be set to alert user to whichever position bell pushes have been installed.
Wall mounting bell push
To install you will require a drill and a cross-head screwdriver IMPORTANT: Before drilling into any wall or surface, ensure there are no cables or pipes that could be accidentally damaged.
1. Remove casing as outlined in the battery installation process. Pierce the two standby holes on the rear casing and affix the bell push rear to the wall at a suitable height
2. Alternatively, you can attach the bell pushes with the double-sided adhesive tape included
