USE AND INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING: POTENTIAL CRUSH HAZARD! DO NOT WORK BENEATH LOAD. WARNING: THE WORK AREA WHEN USING THIS SYSTEM MUST BE FLAT, SOLID, LEVEL, AND FREE
FROM DEBRIS AND FLOOR INCONSISTANCIES.
1. Slide one section of track under the tractor. The hook end of the track should be pushed under the tractor  rst.
Connect the second section of track to the  rst by placing the hooks of the second track over the pins of the  rst track so that they interlock with each other. Center the two tracks under the tractor and position the tracks to allow for su cient distance to split the tractor as required.
(Image 1)
NOTE: Both track sections are identical. Order of tracks under the tractor does not matter. The rails of the track sections must be clean and free from debris to allow for safe splitting of the tractor.
2. Place the stationary stand under the tractor in between the rails of the track. Position this stand as close as possible to the point where the tractor will be split. (Image 2)
Add spacers as necessary to the stationary stand. There are two tall spacers and one short spacer for each stand. The tops of each spacer and stand have slots and holes cut into them. These holes and slots allow the user to bolt the spacer to the stand, each other and to the bottom of the tractor.

Image 2
WARNING: ALWAYS INCREASE THE HEIGHT OF THE STAND AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE BY ADDING SPAC-
ERS FIRST. NEVER USE MORE THAN THREE (3) SPACERS PER STAND ASSEMBLY (TWO (2) TALL SPACERS AND ONE (1) SHORT SPACER PER STAND).
WARNING: THE SPACERS AND STAND ASSEMBLY MUST BE SECURED TOGETHER USING THE PRO-
VIDED HARDWARE.
3. Repeat step 2 for the rolling stand. The wheels of the rolling stand assembly are designed to ride on the rails of the track to keep the stand and tractor straight. Position the rolling stand as close as possible to the point where the tractor will be split, except on the opposite side of the split point from the stationary stand. (Image 3)
NOTE: There are bolts in the side of the track sections. These are to be used as stops for the rolling stand. DO NOT remove these stops and allow the rolling stand to roll o from the track.
4. Raise the jacks on both stands, by turning the screw using the crank handles, until they make contact with the underside of the tractor. If available, bolt the stands/spacers to the bottom of the tractor. (Image 4)
Image 3
WARNING: WHENEVER POSSIBLE, THE STANDS/SPACERS MUST BE BOLTED TO THE TRACTOR
FOR STABILITY. USE HIGH GRADE BOLTS (GRADE 8 RECOMMENDED) AND HARDENED WASHERS.
WARNING: DO NOT LIFT THE TRACTOR USING THIS SYSTEM. THIS SYSTEM IS DESIGNED TO
SUPPORT THE TRACTOR DURING SPLITTING, NOT TO LIFT THE TRACTOR.
5. Refer to the tractor service manual and proceed with splitting the tractor. The rolling stand will let you move the two sections of the tractor apart and back together again when service is complete. Always use extreme caution when splitting a tractor and rolling the sections of tractor apart.
6. When the tractor is reassembled following the tractor service manual and service is complete, the splitting stands can be removed. Lower the stands and disassemble the splitting stands by reversing these instructions.

WITH LARGE TRACTORS AND SUBSTANTIAL WEIGHT AS IN THIS CIRCUMSTANCE.
