BEDIENUNG
Füllen Sie den Behälter mit Wasser. Achten Sie dabei auf die Wasserstandsanzeige
am Gerät (siehe Bild). Der Wasserstand sollte zwischen dem auf der Vorderseite des
Thermostaten angegebenen Minimum und Maximum liegen. Beachten Sie dabei, dass
der Wasserstand noch steigt, wenn Sie Essen in den Behälter geben. Füllen Sie daher
nicht zu viel Wasser ein.

Hinweis: Wenn die Wassertemperatur steigt, beginnt das Wasser zu verdampfen.
Der Sous-vide Stick ist mit einem Alarm ausgestattet, der einen niedrigen
Wasserstand anzeigt. Wenn der Wasserstand unter die Min-Marke fällt, schaltet sich
das Gerät automatisch ab.
Gerät einschalten
Drücken Sie länger als 5 Sekunden auf die POWER-Taste am Bedienfeld. Die
obere Zeile zeigt die eingestellte Temperatur an. Die mittlere Zeile zeigt die aktuelle
Wassertemperatur an. In der unteren Zeile sehen Sie die eingestellte Zeit und die
aktuelle Laufzeit.

Drücken Sie einmal auf die SET-Taste, um die Stunde einzustellen. Drücken Sie zweimal
auf die Taste, um die Minute einzustellen. Wenn die Stunde oder Minute im Display
blinkt, benutzen Sie [+] oder [-] Taste, um die Zeit einzustellen.

Celsius oder Fahrenheit einstellen
Sie können sich die Temperatur in °C oder °F anzeigen lassen. Drücken Sie gleichzeitig
auf die POWER- und SET-Taste, um zwischen °C und °F zu wechseln.
Zeit und Temperatur einstellen
Drücken Sie auf die [+] oder [-] Taste, um Zeit und Temperatur zu erhöhen oder zu
verringern. Die maximale Temperatureinstellung ist 95 °C (203 °F). Die Zeit lässt sich
von 00:00 bis 59:59 Minuten einstellen.
Essen garen
Drücken Sie einmal auf die POWER-Taste, um mit dem Erhitzen und Umwälzen des
Wassers zu beginnen. Legen Sie das Essen in den Behälter, sobald das Wasser die
eingestellte Temperatur erreicht hat.

ein akustisches Signal. Legen Sie die Lebensmittel in den Behälter und drücken Sie zwei

Sekunden. Er erinnert Sie daran, das Essen zu entnehmen. Schalten Sie das Gerät aus,
indem Sie 5 Sekunden lang auf die POWER-Taste drücken.

Bei häuger Benutzung emfehlen wir Ihnen das Gerät monatlich oder öfter zu entkalken,
besonders in Regionen mit hartem Wasser.
1 Befestigen Sie das Gerät in einen Topf. Füllen Sie den Topf bis zur Max-Markierung
mit Wasser auf.
2 Stellen Sie die Temperatur auf 70 °C.
3 Geben Sie 5 g Zitronensäurepulver (Lebensmittelqualität) pro Liter Wasser zu.
4 Lassen Sie das Wasser 20 Minuten lang zirkulieren, nachdem die

OPERATION
Fill the container with water. Pay attention to the water level indicator on the unit (see
picture). The water level should be between the minimum and maximum indicated on
the front of the thermostat. Note that the water level still rises when you put food into the
container. Do not ll too much water.

Note: When the water temperature rises, the water starts to evaporate. The Sous-vide
Stick is equipped with an alarm that indicates a low water level. If the water level falls
below the minimum level, the unit switches off automatically.
Switch on the Device
Press the POWER button on the control panel for more than 5 seconds. The upper line
shows the set temperature. The middle row shows the current water temperature. In the
bottom line you see the set time and the current runtime.
SET Button
Press the SET button once to set the hour. Press the button twice to set the minute. When
the hour or minute ashes on the display, use the[+] or[-] button to set the time.

Set Celsius or Fahrenheit
You can display the temperature in °C or °F. Press the POWER and SET buttons
simultaneously to switch between °C and °F.
Set Time and Temperature
Press the [+] or [-] button to increase or decrease the time and temperature. The
maximum temperature setting is 95 °C (203 °F). The time can be set from 00:00 to
59:59 minutes.
Cook Food
Press the POWER button once to start heating and circulating the water. Once the water
has reached the set temperature, place the food in the container.
As soon as the water has reached the set temperature, an acoustic signal sounds every
three seconds. Place the food in the container and press the SET button for 2 seconds
to stop the beep. If you have set a time, the remaining running time is displayed after 1
minute.
Switching off the Unit
When the set time has elapsed, the beep will sound again every three seconds. It
reminds you to take the food out. Turn the unit off by pressing the POWER button for 5
seconds.

DESCALING
With frequent use, descaling should be done every month or more often in regions with
hard water.
1 Put the appliance in a pot and ll the pot with water to the „Max“ level indicated on
appliance.
2 Set the appliance temperature to 70℃°C.
3 Add 5 g of citric acid powder (Food grade) per liter of water used.
4 Allow the water to circulate for 20 minutes after 70℃°C is reached.
5 Turn off and unplug the appliance.
6 When appliance is cool, rinse the bottom in the cold water and dry before storage.

UTILISATION
Remplissez le récipient avec de l‘eau. Faites attention à l‘indicateur de niveau d‘eau
sur l‘appareil (voir photo). Le niveau d‘eau doit être compris entre le minimum et le
maximum indiqué sur la face avant du thermostat. Assurez-vous que le niveau d‘eau
augmente lorsque vous mettez de la nourriture dans le récipient. Ne le remplissez pas
trop avec de l‘eau.

Une fois la durée écoulée, le bip retentit toutes les trois secondes. Il vous rappelle de
récupérer les aliments. Éteignez l‘appareil en appuyant sur la touche POWER pendant
5 secondes.

DÉTARTRAGE
En cas d‘utilisation fréquente, nous vous recommandons de détartrer l‘appareil une fois
par mois voire plus souvent, en particulier dans les régions à eau dure.
1 Fixez l‘appareil sur une casserole. Remplissez la casserole avec de l‘eau jusqu‘à la
marque max.
2 Réglez la température à 70°C
3 Ajouter 5 g d‘acide citrique en poudre par litre d‘eau (acide alimentaire).
4 Laisser l‘eau circuler pendant 20 minutes après que la température de l‘eau ait
atteint 70°C.
5 Éteignez l‘appareil et débranchez le câble d‘alimentation.
6 Lorsque l‘appareil a refroidi, rincez la base avec de l‘eau froide et séchez le stick
avant de le ranger.

• Antes de utilizar el aparato, compruebe la tensión en la placa técnica del mismo.
Conecte el aparato a tomas de corriente que se adecuen a la tensión del mismo.
• No modique el aparato.
• Cocine con el aparato únicamente los alimentos envasados al vacío. Nunca cocine

FUNCIONAMIENTO
Llene una olla con agua. Preste atención a las escalas que presenta el aparato (ver
imagen). El nivel de agua debe quedar entre las marcas MIN y MAX indicadas en la
parte frontal del termostato. Tenga en cuenta que el nivel de agua sube al introducir
alimentos en la olla. Por ello, no añada demasiada agua.

Atención: Cuando la temperatura de agua sube, el agua empieza a evaporarse.
El cocedor al vacío cuenta con una alarma que se activa cuando el nivel de
agua es bajo. Cuando el nivel de agua es demasiado bajo, el aparato se apaga
automáticamente.
Encender el aparato
Mantenga pulsado el botón POWER en el panel de control durante más de 5
segundos. El indicador superior muestra la temperatura congurada. El indicador
central muestra la temperatura de agua actual. El indicador inferior muestra el tiempo
elegido y el tiempo transcurrido actual.

Pulse una vez el botón SET para congurar la hora. Pulse dos veces el botón para
congurar los minutos. Cuando los dígitos de la hora o minutos parpadean en el
display, utilice los botones [+] o [-] para congurar la hora.

Congurar grados Celsius o Fahrenheit
Puede ver la temperatura en °C o °F. Pulse a la vez los botones POWER y SET para
cambiar entre °C y °F.
Congurar el tiempo y la temperatura
Pulse los botones [+] o [-] para aumentar o disminuir el tiempo y la temperatura. La
conguración máxima de la temperatura es de 95 °C (203 °F). El tiempo se ajusta
entre 00:00 y 59:59 minutos.
Cocinar alimentos
Pulse una vez el botón POWER para empezar a calentar y mover el agua. Introduzca
los alimentos en la olla cuando el agua haya alcanzado la temperatura congurada.
Cuando el agua haya alcanzado la temperatura congurada, el aparato emite una
señal acústica cada 3 segundos. Introduzca los alimentos en la olla y mantenga
pulsado durante 2 segundos el botón SET para desactivar la señal acústica. Si ha
congurado un tiempo, se visualizará en el display el tiempo restante después de 1
minuto.
Apagar el aparato
Tanto pronto como el tiempo elegido haya nalizado, se emitirá cada 3 segundos una
señal acústica. Dicha señal recuerda que hay que retirar la comida. Para apagar el
aparato, mantenga pulsado durante 5 segundos el botón POWER.

RETIRAR LA CAL
Si utiliza el aparato con mucha frecuencia, se recomienda descalcicarlo cada mes o
más seguido, sobre todo, en las regiones con agua dura.
1 Fije el aparato en una olla. Llene la olla con agua hasta llegar a la marca MAX.
2 Congure la temperatura a 70 °C.
3 Añada 5 g de ácido cítrico en polvo (calidad alimentaria) por litro de agua.
4 Deje que el agua circule durante 20 minutos después de que el agua haya
alcanzado 70 °C.
5 Apague el aparato y desconecte el cable de alimentación.
6 Cuando el aparato se haya enfriado, enjuague la parte inferior con agua fría y
séquelo antes de guardarlo.

Si el aparato lleva adherida la ilustración de la izquierda (el
contenedor de basura tachado), entonces rige la directiva
europea 2012/19/UE. Este producto no debe arrojarse a
un contenedor de basura común. Infórmese sobre las leyes
territoriales que regulan la recogida separada de aparatos
eléctricos y electrónicos. Respete las leyes territoriales y
no arroje aparatos viejos al cubo de la basura doméstica.

UTILIZZO
Riempire il contenitore d’acqua. Fare attenzione al segno che indica il livello dell’acqua
sul dispositivo (v. immagine). Il livello dell’acqua deve trovasi tra il minimo e il massimo
indicati sul lato frontale del dispositivo. Tenere presente che il livello dell’acqua sale
quando si inseriscono gli alimenti nel contenitore. Non mettere troppa acqua.

Nota: quando la temperatura dell’acqua aumenta, l’acqua comincia ad evaporare.
Il miscelatore per cottura sottovuoto è dotato di un allarme, che indica un livello
dell’acqua troppo basso. Quando il livello si trova sotto al segno Min., il dispositivo si
spegne automaticamente.
Accendere il dispositivo
Premere POWER sul pannello di controllo per più di 5 secondi. La linea superiore indica
la temperatura impostata. La linea centrale indica la temperatura attuale dell’acqua. La
linea inferiore indica il tempo impostato e quello attuale.

Premere una volta SET per impostare l’ora. Premerlo due volte per impostare i minuti.
Quando le ore o i minuti lampeggiano sul display, utilizzare [+] o [-] per inserire il
tempo desiderato.

Impostare Celsius o Fahrenheit
La temperatura può essere indicata in °C o °F. Premere contemporaneamente POWER
e SET per passare da °C a °F.
Impostare tempo e temperatura
Premere [+] o [-] per aumentare o diminuire tempo e temperatura. La temperatura
massima impostabile è 95 °C (203 °C). Il tempo può essere impostato da 00:00 a
59:59 minuti.
Cottura degli alimenti
Premere una volta POWER per iniziare a scaldare e a far circolare l’acqua. Mettere gli
alimenti nel contenitore non appena viene raggiunta la temperatura impostata.
Non appena l’acqua ha raggiunto la temperatura impostata, viene emesso un segnale
acustico ogni 3 secondi. Mettere gli alimenti nel contenitore e premere SET per due
secondi per arrestare il segnale acustico. Se è stato impostato un tempo, dopo 1 minuto
viene indicato il tempo rimanente.
Spegnere il dispositivo
Non appena il tempo impostato è scaduto, il segnale acustico viene emesso
nuovamente ogni tre secondi. Questo serve a ricordarvi di togliere gli alimenti dal
contenitore. Spegnere il dispositivo premendo POWER per 5 secondi.

DECALCIFICAZIONE
Se il dispositivo viene utilizzato spesso, consigliamo di decalcicarlo mensilmente o con
maggiore frequenza, in particolare in regioni con acqua dalla durezza elevata.
1 Fissare il dispositivo in una pentola. Riempire la pentola d’acqua no al segno
Max.
2 Impostare la temperatura su 70 °C.
3 Mettere 5 g di acido citrico in polvere (qualità alimentare) per ogni litro d’acqua.
4 Fare circolare l’acqua per 20 minuti dopo che ha raggiunto la temperatura di 70
°C.
5 Spegnere il dispositivo e staccare la spina.
6 Quando il dispositivo si è raffreddato, sciacquare la parte inferiore con acqua
fredda e asciugare il circolatore prima di riporlo.

Il termostato digitale è guasto. Rivolgersi al servizio di
assistenza ai clienti o a un’azienda specializzata nelle
vicinanze.
SMALTIMENTO
Se sul prodotto è presente la gura a sinistra (il bidone dei
riuti con le ruote), si applica la direttiva europea 2012/19/
UE. Questi prodotti non possono essere smaltiti con i riuti
normali. Informarsi sulle disposizioni vigenti per la raccolta
di dispositivi elettrici ed elettronici. Attenersi alle disposizioni
vigenti e non smaltire i vecchi dispositivi con i riuti domestici.
