Possible Concern:
● Product will not operate (intermittent)
● Light will not come on when door is opened
● Light flickers
● "Open/Close Door" message repeatedly
● Product appears to operate with door open
Note: Only the lights, turn table, and fan will operate; all high-voltage and microwave
energy is disabled in this state
Correction:
1. Check for soil or debris near door-latches; clean as necessary
2. Check for soil or debris around door seal; clean as necessary
3. Replace interlock assemblies using service kit and included instructions (see Page 2)

Problema posible:
● El producto no funciona (intermitente)

Nota: Solo funcionan las luces, la placa giratoria y el ventilador; toda la alimentación del microondas
y de alta tensión está deshabilitada en este estado
Corrección:
1. Realice una inspección para detectar suciedad o residuos cerca de los cerrojos de la puerta;
realice una limpieza según sea necesario

● Message "Open/Close Door" (porte ouverte/fermée) qui se répète
● Le produit semble fonctionner la porte ouverte
Remarque : Seuls les lumières, le plateau rotatif et le ventilateur fonctionnent; toutes les fonctions à
tension élevée et les micro-ondes sont désactivées dans cet état
Correction :
1. Vérifier que la zone des loquets de porte est propre et sans débris; nettoyer au besoin
2. Vérifier que la zone du joint de porte est propre et sans débris; nettoyer au besoin
3. Remplacer l’interverrouillage en utilisant la trousse d’entretien et les instructions incluses
(voir la page 2)
