DS1 Ballast Board

(Part # 6800190 & 6800191)

The DS1 Ballast Board is to be used as a replacement ballast board for
the Desk-Lite model # DES-121. Use part # 6800190 for 120VAC and
part # 6800191 for 230VAC. For latest warranty information, see the

(Note: The DS1 ballast board has conformal coating seal, surface
mounted components. No serviceable parts available. Please contact
Dealer for service.)

Ballast Board Removal & Installation

1) Remove reector and two (2) screws.

2) Remove three (3) ballast board screws.

3) Remove AC input/output connector and
remove old ballast board.

4) Install new ballast board.
(Note: Do not remove protective cardboard.)

5) Install AC input/output connector and
three (3) ballast screws.

6) Replace reector and two (2) screws.
