2.Channel Selection
Each camera must be placed on a separate 5.8GHz wireless channel by selecting the proper DIP switch configuration outlined in the table below. For best results place wireless cameras on every other channel. For example, for a typical wireless camera setup place camera one on channel 1, camera two on channel 3, camera three on channel 5, and so on. You can utilize up to 7 channels. There is a 4 lever DIP switch located inside the wireless camera. Please unscrew the two screws located on the top of the camera casing and remove the camera sun shield. To open the camera housing remove the two screws on the left side of the camera casing that provide a weather proof seal. Please be sure to properly tighten these cameras when reassembling the camera after you are done. Open the camera casing and locate the DIP switch seated behind the board camera module and set the camera to one of the 7 available wireless channels based on the DIP switch configuration listed in the table below. Please configure the wireless receiver to the same wireless channel by setting the same DIP switch settings as the camera you configured above.
