With the advan ces of today’s high-de ni tion (HD) video recording
convenient Flash cards rather than older for mats such as miniDVD,
or tapes for HD video capture. An improved video compression
format such as AVCHD allows digital camcorder owners to get
maximum storage capacity from high-capacity memory cards.
Kingston Technology now o ers a line of SDHC Video cards
designed to capture full HD, AVCHD, 1080i and 1080p. For easy
reference, the label indicates the number of minutes available
for video storage on the card. Whether you are taking video
to capture memories of a vacation, a wedding, or your son or
daughter’s soccer game, having ample storage capacity means
continuous shooting so you don’t miss a single moment.
Even if you shoot a shorter-form video for a blog or a podcast,
you’ll  nd the fast transfer speed of an SDHC Video Class 4 card
quickly and easily uploads your video from a PC. If you own a
dual-function digital camcorder that also shoots still pictures, the
SDHC Video card has room for numerous stills combined with
minutes of recording for your video footage.
Kingston’s SDHC Video card o ers plenty of recording time and
is available in 60 minute (4GB), 120 minute (8GB), 240 minute
(16GB) and 480 minute (32GB) capacities. It features a Class 4
speed rating, which guarantees a minimum data transfer rate of
4MB/sec., making the card an excellent match for the demands
of digital camcorders and card readers. The card features a blank
space so the user can name the card to organize and archive
video  les.
For added reliability and durability, Kingston® solid-state SDHC
Video memo ry cards are built of nonvolatile me mory components
and have no moving parts that could wear out or break.
