DESCRIPTION
This document describes ValueRAM’s 2048M x 72-bit (16GB)
DDR3-1066 CL7 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) registered w/
parity, quad-rank memory module. The module is based on thirty-
six DDP (Dual Die Package) 1Gb x 4-Bit 1066MHz SDRAMs. The
SPD is programmed to JEDEC standard latency 1066MHz timing
of 7-7-7 at 1.5V. This 240-pin DIMM uses gold contact ngers
and requires +1.5V. The electrical and mechanical specications
are as follows:

• Programmable CAS Latency: 6,7,8
• Programmable Additive Latency: 0, CL - 2, or CL - 1 clock
• Programmable CAS Write Latency(CWL) = 6(DDR3-1066)
• 8-bit pre-fetch
