DESCRIPTION:
Kingston's KRX3200K2/1G is a kit of two 64M x 72-bit (512MB) DDR400 CL3 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) registered ECC memory modules. Total kit capacity is 1GB. The components on each
module include eighteen 64M x 4-bit (16M x 4-bit x 4 Bank) DDR400 SDRAM in FBGA packages.
Each 184-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires +2.6V. The electrical and mechanical
specifications are as follows:
