• Please read this instruction manual carefully and keep for future reference.
1. The appliance automatically turns on and delivers warm air when hands approach the underside of the unit within 12cm. The power will be cut off within 2 seconds after the hands leave the air outlet.
2. The sensor operates with a 0.5 second delay to avoid the sensor starting up by mistake.
3. The appliance will cut power when continuously operated for over 1 minute to avoid overheating and
activation by mistake.

Please read the information contained in these instructions carefully. It provides important advice regarding the safe installation, use and maintenance of the unit. These instructions should be kept in a safe place and passed on to the new owner should the unit be resold.
The manufacturer will accept no liability or damage resulting from failure to observe the following:
Ensure packing materials are disposed of properly.
Any damage to the hand dryer on delivery should be reported to the supplier before the unit is connected.
This product should be installed by a competent person and in accordance with the current IET Wiring Regulations. If in doubt consult a qualified electrician.
The hand dryer should only be used for the purpose for which it is intended.
Repairs to the hand dryer should only be carried out by a trained specialist.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Should the power lead become damaged, it must only be replaced by the manufacturer, the manufacturer’s customer service unit, or a similarly qualified specialist to avoid risk of injury.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
OPERATION
Always switch off at the mains before any cleaning or maintenance. If repairs or other works are to be carried out these should be carried out by a fully qualified electrician.
1. The housing can be wiped with a soft and lightly moist cloth or sponge and if necessary, with some mild cleaning solution.
2. Clean the two lenses of the proximity sensor at regular intervals, for this purpose use a clean soft dry cloth.
3. The hand dryer must undergo a thorough cleaning every 3 months or more frequent as usage dictates.

1. Read all the instructions carefully before using the appliance.
2. Suitable for installation on solid walls only.
3. Do not install the appliance within range of people using baths or showers.
4. Before installing the unit, check that the electrical voltage of your main
supply corresponds to the voltage marked on the rating label of the appliance.
5. Before installing the appliance, check that there are no obstructions within 50cm of the sensor.
6. Before maintenance or repair, make sure that the unit is unplugged.
7. Do not insert any objects into the appliance.
8. Prevent water from getting into the housing of the appliance during operation or
in storage. Hazard of electric shock, always store in dry area with no moisture.
9. Do not use outdoors
10. The appliance is not intended for use by young children or infirm persons without supervision.

Always ensure that the installation conforms to the current edition of the wiring regulations. Ensure that the unit is separately fused with a 13A fuse, we recommend connecting to a RCD double pole spur unit (suggest the PowerBreaker H92 model). Care should be taken that single insulated conductors cannot come into contact with the mounting surface.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Installation of unit
1. Remove the fixing screw from the front enclosure as shown in Dia.1.

. Place the installation template onto the wall (Dia.2), where the hand dryer is to be secured. Drill four
holes with a diameter of 6.5mm through the template card.
3. Insert rawl plugs provided into the holes and knock in with a hammer, then remove the template card.
4. Make sure the air outlet is facing downwards and fix the base of the appliance to the wall with the
fixing screws provided.
5. Remove the P.C.B. upper cover and adjust the sensor to required setting (Dia.3).
6. Replace the front enclosure to the base of the unit with the fixing screw that was removed at the beginning (Dia.4).
7. Wire the unit into a suitable power supply via a fused spur unit (suggest the PowerBreaker H92
model).The hand dryer is now ready to use.
