Kinetic by Kurt oers the original owner a lifetime warranty against
manufacturing defects for the frame and the resistance unit. This
warranty is not applicable to damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect,
accident or unauthorized modication of materials or parts. If the unit is
disassembled by the consumer, this warranty is void. There are no other
warranties, expressed or implied.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to le a warranty card via mail
or on-line with Kinetic in the event that repairs are needed. It is also the
responsibility of the purchaser to retain receipts for proof of purchase in
the event that repairs are needed. No warranty repairs will be accepted
without the warranty registration and the serial number of the trainer
located on the resistance unit.

CRASH REPLACEMENT POLICY

We understand that accidents can happen involving our products, so
we also oer a crash replacement policy for incidents not covered by
our lifetime warranty. Here is how it works: Kinetic will replace any part
or parts on your Kinetic Trainer that are damaged due to an accident,
regardless of the cause of that accident, and within reason for a $50.00
cost plus the cost of parts and shipping charges.

We reserve the right to reject any product that has been so severely
damaged that it cannot be rebuilt. To be eligible, you must complete the
warranty registration process online. Crash replacement repairs require

Schieben Sie die Beilagscheibe auf die Feststellschraube und schieben
Sie die Feststellschraube durch die Widerstandseinheit.

por mal uso, abuso, negligencia, accidente o modificaciones no
autorizadas de materiales o piezas. Si la unidad es desmontada por
el consumidor, esta garantía queda nula. No se ofrece ninguna otra
garantía, ya sea explícita o implícita.

Es responsabilidad del comprador completar y enviar la tarjeta de
garantía por correo u online a Kinetic, en caso de que sea necesario
repararla. Es también responsabilidad del comprador guardar el recibo
de compra como comprobante de la adquisición, en caso de que se

série du home trainer qui se trouve sur l’unité de résistance.

Collegare l’unità di resistenza al telaio con il bullone di ssaggio come

Posizionare la guarnizione sulla manopola di tensione e inserirla
facendola passare attraverso l’unità di resistenza.

Kinetic by Kurt ore al proprietario originale una Garanzia incondizionata
a vita sul telaio, garanzia di due anni sull'unità di resistenza. Questa
garanzia non si applica ai danni causati da uso improprio, abuso,
negligenza , incidente o modica non autorizzata di materiali o
componenti. Se l’unità è smontata dal consumatore, questa garanzia
decade. Non esistono altre garanzie, esplicite o implicite.

È responsabilità dell’acquirente di presentare un certicato di garanzia
per posta oppure on-line con Kinetic nel caso in cui siano necessarie
riparazioni. E ‘anche responsabilità dell’acquirente di conservare
le ricevute come prova di acquisto nel caso in cui siano necessarie
riparazioni. Nessuna riparazione in garanzia sarà accettata senza la
registrazione della garanzia e il numero di serie del produttore, sopra
l’unità di resistenza.

Per favore completare la garanzia entro 30 giorni dalla data di acquisto

RICHIESTE DI GARANZIA/ PARTI DI RICAMBIO

In caso di problemi con il tuo rullo, si prega di chiamare il Servizio Clienti
al 877-226-7824 Hotline o via email all’indirizzo kineticbykurt@kurt.
com. Per aiutarci a gestire la chiamata nel modo più eciente possibile,
si prega di avere il numero di serie del rullo a portata di mano da dare al
rappresentante del servizio clienti.

Dopo aver determinato che riparazioni possono essere necessarie o
eventuali parti di ricambio, vi verrà fornita la procedura di smaltimento
dei prodotti Kinetic .

In alcuni casi le parti di ricambio possono essere spedite direttamente al
cliente, a seconda della natura del problema.

POLITICA SOSTITUZIONE PER ROTTURE

Ci rendiamo conto che gli incidenti possono accadere e coinvolgono
i nostri prodotti, così oriamo anche una polizza di sostituzione su
incidenti non coperti dalla nostra garanzia a vita. Ecco come funziona:
Kinetic sostituirà qualsiasi parte, o parti, danneggiati a causa di un
incidente, indipendentemente dalla causa di quell’incidente, e nei limiti
di un cosot ragionevole di 50,00 dollari più il costo delle parti e le spese
di spedizione.

Ci riserviamo il diritto di riutare qualsiasi prodotto che è stato così
gravemente danneggiato da non poter essere ricostruito. Per essere
idonei, è necessario completare il processo di registrazione della garanzia

online. Le sostituzioni richiedono informazioni sulla garanzia e il numero
di serie dell’unità. Questa politica di sostituzione per incidenti e i suoi
relativi costi possono essere soggette a modiche senza preavviso.

GARANTIE

Kinetic by Kurt biedt de onvoorwaardelijke levenslange garantie op het
frame, 2 jaar garantie op de weerstandsunit Deze garantie geldt niet voor
schade veroorzaakt door verkeerd gebruik, misbruik, verwaarlozing,
ongelukken of onbevoegde modicatie van materialen of onderdelen.
Als het apparaat wordt gedemonteerd door de consument, vervalt deze
garantie. Er zijn geen andere garanties, expliciet of impliciet.

Het is de verantwoordelijkheid van de koper om een garantiekaart via
mail of on-line te versturen naar Kinetic in het geval dat er reparaties
nodig zijn. Het is ook de verantwoordelijkheid van de koper om bonnen
te bewaren voor het bewijs van aankoop in het geval dat reparaties
nodig zijn. Geen garantie reparaties zonder de garantie registratie en het
serienummer van de trainer op de weerstand unit worden aanvaard.

CRASH REPLACEMENT BELEID

Maar we begrijpen dat ongelukken kunnen gebeuren met onze
producten, dus bieden wij ook een crash replacement beleid voor de
incidenten niet gedekt door onze levenslange garantie. Hier is hoe het
werkt: Kinetic zal een deel of de onderdelen op uw Kinetic trainer die
beschadigd zijn als gevolg van een ongeval vervangen, ongeacht de
oorzaak van dit ongeval, en in redelijkheid voor een bedrag van $ 50,00
plus de kosten van onderdelen en verzendkosten.

We behouden ons het recht voor om elk product dat zo ernstig is beschadigd
dat deze niet kan worden herbouwd te weigeren. Om in aanmerking te

kurt.com. Om ons te helpen uw oproep zo eciënt mogelijk te behandelen,
vragen wij u het serienummer van uw trainer bij de hand houden om het te
geven aan de medewerker van de klantenservice.

Na het bepalen van welke herstellingen of vervangende onderdelen kan nodig
zijn, u zal worden voorzien van procedures voor het terugsturen van uw
product naar Kinetic. In sommige gevallen kunnen onderdelen rechtstreeks
naar u worden verzonden, afhankelijk van de aard van het probleem.

NOTEER HET SERIENUMMER VAN UW KINETIC TRAINER HIER
