Mounting Your KeyBox
Permanent Model:
1. Remove the lid.
2. Find a convenient at surface.
3. Locate the knockouts on back of
vault (shown below).
4. Punch out the knockouts.
5. Mount with appropriate screws.
6. Replace the lid.

Vehicle Model:
1. Partially lower (open) the vehicle
window.
2. Hang the bracket over top of the
window.
3. Close window to secure the
KeyBox.
4. Close and lock the vehicle door.

Limited Warranty
UTC Fire & Security (UTCFS), 4001 Fairview

1-800-547-0252, warrants to the original buyer
of its products for a period of 1 year after the
date of purchase that the products are free
from defects in workmanship and materials.
UTCFS will, without charge to the buyer, repair
or replace, at its option, any defective product
returned by the original buyer to UTCFS (at the
buyer’s cost) at its service and repair facilities
located at the above address within 1 year of
the date of purchase. The foregoing warranty
does not cover damage caused by abuse or
misuse. UTCFS does not warrant that this
product cannot be broken into.
UTCFS LIMITS THE DURATION OF
ANY LEGALLY IMPLIED WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE DURATION
OF THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO
NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG
AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE
ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO
YOU.
As an accommodation, product items returned
following expiration of the warranty period will
be repaired, if in UTCFS’s judgement repair is
practicable, for a charge ($25 minimum)

covering parts, labor and shipping and/or
returned to the buyer.
Except to the extent that such limitation may
be prohibited or limited by federal or state law,
the foregoing repair/replacement remedy is
the exclusive remedy for defects in products.
IN NO EVENT WILL SUPRA BE LIABLE FOR
LOSS OF USE, LOST PROFITS, THEFT,
PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES OF ANY SORT. SOME STATES
DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION
OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE
ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY
NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN THE EVENT ANY
OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS ARE HELD
UNENFORCEABLE, SUPRA’S LIABILITY FOR
ANY DAMAGES TO YOU OR ANY PARTY
SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE
PRICE YOU PAID, REGARDLESS OF THE
FORM OF ANY CLAIM. IN NO EVENT MAY
A CLAIM OF ANY SORT BE ASSERTED
AGAINST SUPRA MORE THAN ONE YEAR
AFTER THE ACCRUAL OF THE CLAIM.
This warranty gives you specic legal rights,
and you may also have other rights which vary
from state to state.
