Congure Your Keysight N9310A RF Signal Generator
The Keysight Technologies, Inc. N9310A is a general purpose signal
generator from 9 kHz to 3 GHz. Its standard features include:
– Continuous wave output: 9 kHz to 3.0 GHz
– Analog modulation output: AM, FM, FM, and pulse modulation
– Low frequency output: 20 Hz to 80 kHz

Instrument Upgrades
Most of the Keysight N9310A RF signal generator options are
available for post-sales retrofit.
For license-key upgrades that do not require additional hardware:
1. Place an order for the upgrade with Keysight and request to
receive the software entitlement certicate through email
2. Install the license key in the N9310A. Upgrade rmware to
the latest revision if required
3. Restart the N9310A
4. Begin using the new capability
