Situation:
When an I/O assembly (08665-69104 or 08665-60204) is replaced in instruments (serial
numbers noted above) a component on the Reference assembly (P/N 08665-61006) must
be removed to insure proper operation of the reference oscillator.
NOTE: Billings related to replacement of the I/O or Reference assemblies are not covered
by this Service Note.
Solution/Action:
Remove L307 on the Reference assembly. Refer to Figure 1 for component location. Recalibration is not required.
