Situation:
Replacement RF cable assemblies for this instrument no longer include specific point-topoint identification (white shrink-wrapped descriptive labels or color-coded plastic clips).
They are generic gray cables which are identified by a 5-digit code (X-XXXX) on the
outer sheathing denoting their part number.
If it becomes necessary to replace one of the original (10-digit part number) cables,
refer to the table below for the correct replacement 8-digit part number and connection
points. Corresponding designations may or may not be silkscreened on the modules.
This information is also found in the ALR (Assembly Level Repair) manual for this
instrument.
