SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND TIPS

• It isthe owner's responsibilityto ensurethat all usersof thistreadmillhave read the Owner's
Manual and are familiar withwarnings and safetyprecautions.

• This treadmill has a user maximumcapacityof 250 pounds.

The treadmill shouldonly be used on a level surface and is intended for indoor use only.

The treadmill should not be placed in a garage, patio, or near water and should never be

used whileyou are wet. Keys recommendsa treadmill matbe placed under the treadmillto
protectfloor or carpetand foreasier cleaning.

• Follow safety informationin regards to pluggingin your treadmill. Keep the power cord
away from the inclinewheels and do not run the power cord underneathyour treadmill. Do

notoperate the treadmillwitha damaged or frayedpower cord.

• Wear comfortable, good-qualitywalking or runningshoes and appropriate clothing. Do not

use the treadmillwith barefeet, sandals, socksor stockings!

• Always straddlethe beltand allowit to startmovingbeforesteppingonto the belt.

• Hold on to handrailswhen adjustingspeed, incline,or othercontrols.

• Always examine your treadmill before using to ensure all parts are in working order.

• Allow the beltto fullystopbefore dismounting.

• Pets should be never be allowed near or on the treadmill

• Do not leave children unsupervised near or on the treadmill.

• Never operate the treadmill where oxygen is being administered, or where aerosol products

are being used.

• Never insert any objector bodyparts intoany opening.

• For safety and to prevent damage to your treadmill, no more than one person shouldbe

allowedto use the treadmill at a time.

Always unplug the treadmill before cleaning and/or servicing. Service to your treadmill
shouldonly be performed by an authorizedservice representative,unlessauthorizedand/or

instructedby a Keys treadmill technician. Failure to follow these instructionswill void the

treadmillwarranty.

Never leave the treadmillunattendedwhileit is running.

Before You Start

Thank you for purchasinga Keys treadmill! This qualityproductyou have chosen was
designed to meets your needsfor cardiovascularexercise.

Before you start, please read the Owner's Manual and become familiarwith the operationof
yournew treadmill.

Do not stand on the walking beltwile pressing the Power button or Start/Stop button.

Always adjust the speed of the treadmill in small increments as this treadmill is capable of high

speeds.

If you are taking medication, consult your physicianto see if the medication will affect your
exercise heart rate.

If you have heart problems, you are not active,and/or are over the age of 50 years, do notuse

the pre-set treadmill programs or start an exercise program without first contacting a getting

approvalfrom your physician.

To avoid the risk of electrical shock, always keep the console dry. Do not spill liquids on the

console. Keys recommends a sealed water bottle for beverages consumed while using the

treadmill.

Assembly Inslbructions

Keys 750 treadmills are shippedin one pieceto make assembly very easy. The following
steps should be followedfor assemblingthe treadmill:

Remove any packing materialsfrom the treadmill. Do not throw away any packing materials

until assembly is completed.

Place the base on a clean, level surface. Make sure the electrical cord will easily reach an
electricaloutlet.

1. Raise the console into an upright position and have someone hold in position.

2. Insert TUBE SPACER from the bottom of the upright tube and line up with bottom hole.

Hold TUBE SPACER while installing 1 1/2" x 5/16" button head belt. SPACERS MUST BE
USED. Repeat for other side. Tighten all bolts with allen wrench.

3. Install handlebars with 2 bolts for each side by slidingthe handlebar mounting tabs down

intouprighttube. Line up holes and install1"x 5/16" buttonhead bolts on the front and rear
sidesof the upright. Tighten securelywithallen wrench.

4. Be sure that the treadmill is level to the floor. Assembly is now complete!
