3 Installation
3.1 Unpacking
Take the balance carefully out of the packing. Take off plastic wrap. Install the balance at the place intended for use.
Please retain all items of packaging in case of any future transit requirements. Check the unit immediately for any visible transit damage and check that all accessories are included.

3.2 Power supply/Mains operation
Compare the voltage at the mains adapter with the mains voltage of the supply socket! The balance may only be connected to the mains unit provided. The supply socket must be earthed in accordance with electrical codes. Testing is only permitted by approved specialist electrical companies.
3.3 Description of keyboard functions
