• The device must not be used within 1 metre from the bath or shower or over a wash-hand basin fi lled with water.

• Remove the power plug before cleaning.

• Never immerse in water.

• The device and the mains cable must be checked regularly for damage.

• If damage is detected, do not putt the device into operation. Instead, consult a skilled electrician.

• If the clipping performance decreases, the blades have to be grinded. Please contact your dealer.

USING THE HAIR TRIMMER

• Apply a little oil to the cutter set. Retry every 10 minutes while clipping.

• Connect the mains lead to the mains supply.

• The device is switched on when the switch is pressed to I or II. The sometimes audible striking noise of
varying loudness is caused by the starting torque of the AC drive. This is normal and is not a device fault.

• After use switch off the device (switch 0) and pull out the mains plug.

OPERATION TO PLACE THE BLADE ASSEMBLY
With the unit plugged into a specifi ed AC electrical outlet, turn the control switch to the I or II position. Holding the blade assembly
by the sides, to keep fi ngers away from the cutting edge. Place the blade assembly back into position on the tongue. Press forward
to lock into place. For latching press snap switch.

TO REMOVE THE BLADE ASSEMBLY
Unplug the electric cord and turn the control switch to the O position.
Hold the unit in one hand. For unlatching press snap switch. Grasp the cutting end of the blade assembly and snap it back and
away from the clipper. Slide the blade assembly forward and up off the clipper.

REMOVING DIRT AND HAIR
Occasionally, dirt and hair will lodge between the blade and comb, forcing them apart and stopping the cutting action. Remove
the blade assembly, as described above.
Push the blade sideways from its position under the metal clip. Remove the dirt and hair. Then, slide the blade back into
position.
NOTE: There is no need to remove the screws on the tension spring when removing dirt and hair.

CLEANING AND GENERAL CARE

• Turn control switch to O position

• Always remove the power plug before cleaning.

• Never immerse the device in water.

• Clean the body of the device with a soft, damp cloth. Never use solvents of scouring agents.

• The cutting head should be oiled frequently in order to maintain is good cutting performance and thus ensure along service life.
Then allow the machine to run for several seconds.

VERWENDUNG DES HAARSCHNEIDERS

• Etwas ÖI auf die Schneideinheit auftragen. Während des Schneidens alle 10 Minuten wiederholen.

• Das Anschlusskabel an die Netzversorgung anschließen.

• Gerät ist eingeschaltet, wenn der Schalter auf I bzw. II steht. Das manchmal zu hörende, auffällige Geräusch
in unterschiedlicher Lautstärke wird durch das Anfangsdrehmoment des Wechselstromantriebs verursacht.
Dies ist normal und kein Gerätefehler.

• Das Gerät nach Gebrauch abschalten (Schalterstellung O) und den Netzstecker herausziehen.

VORGEHENSWEISE ZUR PLATZIERUNG DER SCHNEIDEINHEIT
Nach Stecken des Geräts in eine angegebene Wechselstromsteckdose, den Schalter in Position I bzw. II bringen. Die Schneideinheit an
den Seiten halten und die Finger von den Schneidkanten weg halten. Die Schneideinheit zurück in ihre Position auf dem hervorstehen­den Träger bringen und zum Einrasten nach vorne drücken. Zur Verriegelung Schnappschalter drücken.

ZUR ENTFERNUNG DER SCHNEIDEINHEIT
Das Stromkabel ausstecken und den Schalter in die Position O bringen.
Das Gerät in einer Hand halten. Das schneidende Ende der Schneideinheit fassen und es von dem Gerät weg zurück schnappen
lassen. Zur Entriegelung den Schnappschalter drücken. Die Schneideinheit nach vorne und oben vom Gerät schieben.

ENTFERNEN VON SCHMUTZ UND HAAREN
Gelegentlich gelangen Schmutz und Haare zwischen die Klinge und den Kamm, so dass sie auseinander gedrückt werden und der
Schneidvorgang angehalten wird. Die Schneideinheit wie oben beschrieben entfernen.
Die Klinge von ihrer Position unter der Metallklammer seitwärts drücken. Schmutz und Haare entfernen. Danach die Klinge zurück
in ihre Position schieben.
HINWEIS: Die Schrauben auf der Zugfeder brauchen bei der Entfernung von Schmutz und Haaren nicht entfernt zu werden.

REINIGUNG UND ALLGEMEINE PFLEGE

• Den Schalter in die Position O bringen

• Vor der Reinigung immer den Netzstecker ziehen.

• Das Gerät niemals in Wasser eintauchen.

• Den Gerätekörper mit einem weichen, feuchten Tuch reinigen. Niemals lösungsmittelhaltige Scheuermittel verwenden.

• Der Schneidkopf sollte regelmäßig geölt werden, um eine gute Schneidleistung zu bewahren und so eine lange Betriebslebensdauer zu gewährleisten.
Danach die Maschine mehrere Sekunden laufen lassen.

ENTSORGUNG EU-LÄNDER
Das Gerät darf nicht mit dem Hausmüll entsorgt werden. Im Rahmen der EU-Richtlinie über die Entsorgung von
Elektro- und Elektronikgeräten wird das Gerät bei den kommunalen Sammelstellen bzw. Wertstoffhöfen kostenlos entgegengenommen
oder kann zu Fachhändlern, die einen Rücknahmeservice anbieten, zurückgebracht werden.
Die ordnungsgemäße Entsorgung dient dem Umweltschutz und verhindert mögliche schädliche Auswirkungen auf Mensch und Umwelt.

• Si la performance du cisaillement diminue, les lames doivent être aiguisées. Contacter votre revendeur.

UTILISATION DE LA TONDEUSE ÉLECTRIQUE (HAIR TRIMMER)

• Appliquer un peu d‘huile sur les lames B. Répéter l‘opération toutes les 10 minutes pendant la coupe.

• Brancher le fi l de sortie principal à l‘alimentation principal.

• L‘appareil A est allumé lorsque le commutateur est appuyé sur I. Le bruit soutenu, lors de la mise en
route, provient du couple et de l‘entraînement du circuit alternatif. Ceci est normal et ne correspond
pas à un défaut de l‘appareil.

• Après l‘utilisation, éteindre l‘appareil et débrancher la prise d‘alimentation.

MODE OPERATOIRE : POSITIONNEMENT DE L‘ENSEMBLE DES LAMES
Avec l‘appareil branché sur une prise électrique CA, tournez l‘interrupteur de contrôle sur la position
« ON ». Tenez l‘ensemble des lames sur les côtés, afi n de garder les doigts distants de l‘arête tranchante.
Placez l’ensemble des lames en position sur la langue. Appuyez vers l‘avant pour les mettre en place.
Le verrouillage est automatique.

MODE OPERATOIRE : DEMONTAGE DE L‘ENSEMBLE DES LAMES
Débranchez le fi l électrique et tournez l‘interrupteur de contrôle (A) sur la position « OFF ».
Tenez l‘unité dans une main. Prenez l‘extrémité tranchante de l‘ensemble des lames et opérer un mouvement afi n de désolidari­ser l‘ensemble de la tondeuse. Le déverrouillage est automatique. Faites glisser la lame avant et d‘assemblage de la tondeuse.

ÉLIMINATION DE LA SALETÉ ET DES CHEVEUX
La saleté et les cheveux sont susceptibles de se déposer entre la lame et les peignes, ce qui les sépare et arrête l‘action du
cisaillement. Enlevez l’ensemble des lames, comme décrit ci-dessus.
Poussez la lame vers le côté à partir de sa position sous le clip en métal. Enlevez la saleté et les cheveux. Ensuite, faites
glisser la lame à nouveau en position.
REMARQUE : Il n‘est pas nécessaire d‘enlever les vis sur le ressort de tension lors du nettoyage de la saleté et des cheveux.

NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN GENERAL

• Tournez l’interrupteur de contrôle sur la position « OFF »

• Débranchez toujours la fi che d‘alimentation avant le nettoyage.

• Ne jamais plongez l‘appareil dans l‘eau.

• Nettoyez le corps de l‘appareil avec un chiffon doux humide. N’utilisez jamais de solvants d’agents de lavage.

• La tête de la coupe doit être lubrifi ée fréquemment afi n de maintenir une bonne performance de cisaillement et assurer ainsi une longue durée de vie.

Faite ensuite fonctionner la machine pendant quelques secondes
