1. How to Remove Cases

Remove the screw (exploded view Ref. No. B) and the
cover(625). Remove the dressing panels(605 and 606). Remove the knobs. Remove the screws(a to g).
Note: use the screw in order a to g if fix the screws
Set the unit as the right figure and lift the rear case 1cm2. Push the bottom of the rear case upwards3, and release
the hook of the case4 and remove the rear case.
Remove the packing5 with care of headphone jack.
Note:
Use the grease for packing-rear to resist
water.
Not separate the front case from the packing-
front by using bond for every boss. Remove the packing-rear if pcb repair. Replace with all new ones(dot circle line in the
exploded view) if speaker repair

2. How to Confirm Speaker

Remove the case(see 1. How to Remove Cases). Stand the unit and separate the frame from packing-
front

Insert the screw driver into the square and separate the
packing-front and the frame from the front case8. This step is available for checking the speaker.
Remove the pcb(A/4,B/4) and tape for speaker9 if
remove the frame from the packing-front.

3. Caution of Assembly

Replace the new one if damages the packing
(626,637,638,639)
Replace the new one if remove the double face
tape(648,649).
Use the bond to the slit of speaker and packing (A). Use the bond at lower of center on the boss of the front
case (B).
Use the bond to the slit of rear case and batt packing (C).

CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION

ODR-02

1. Initializing

Press the power key to turn the power on.
The radio will be initialized when you keep to press the "STOP" and "REC TIME" keys more than 3seconds simultaneously.

The LCD and back light are light on for a seconds and after that, the power turns off. Initializing items and contents are listed below.

4. Test Mode

4-1 Setting Method of the Test Mode and LCD Indi­cation
Set the HOLD switch to off.
To enter the test mode, short the test point(TM) and +B using the jumper and so on. During the test mode, the LCD will be changed cyclically as follows whenever the REC TIME key is pressed.

4-2 Cancelling Method of the Test Mode

Release the shorted jumper between test point(TM) and
+B.

4-3 Key Operation During the Test Mode

During the test mode, it can be operated in a special man-
ner that is different from an ordinary operation by using the keys on the panel, specifically as shown in the follow­ing table.
