MODEL KPFS LIQUID LEVEL FLOAT SWITCH

FLOAT REPAIR KIT INSTRUCTIONS.

RK-FS4-KPFS; RK-FS6-KPFS, FLOAT REPAIR KIT
To install new Float:

1.) Remove old Float from KPFS. Make sure the threads on the Float Counterweight are clean and dry.

2.) Thoroughly shake the supplied bottle of Thread Locking compound and apply it liberally to the threads of
the Float Counterweight and the Float. If using either the 11/16” long supplied Float Extension or one of
the optional Float Extensions apply the Threadlocker to the threads on both ends of the Extension as
well.

3.) If a Float Extension is being used, thread the Float Extension onto the Float and then thread the
assembly onto the Float Counterweight and tighten firmly. If no extension is being used screw the Float
onto the Float Counterweight and tighten firmly.

4.) Wipe off any excess threadlocker and reinstall switch. Threadlocker will achieve full cure in 24 hours.
