Loading position
Position 1 The loading flaps are closed. The burner is running and the fan maintains the baking temperature in the energy block. The new baking trolley is pushed in and the steam can act in a resting atmosphere. Position 2 After the steam action period, the loading position switches off and the full heating capacity immediately flows through the enabled shutoff valve into the baking chamber. This system reduces power consumption considerably because less energy is lost. Position 3 The hot air current changes every 90 seconds from left to right. This provides the exemplary, even browning achieved with the UNITHERM.
