Wood-Burning Oven
Baking area from 4.8 to 12.96 m²
The PELLADOR® Wood-Burning Oven is a directly fired
wood-burning baking oven. A pellet burner burns natural
wood pellets (DIN 51731) in a burning chamber.
The resulting gases are fed into the baking chamber
and are burnt there with open flame. Each oven has at
least one pellet burner.

Operation
1 Switch flame on and heat up to required temperature
2 Allow oven to stand until reaching loading temperature
3 Switch flame off
4 Load and bake with falling temperature
5 Heat up to loading temperature again for next batch
Repetition of baking process as mentioned above
