Features
Program controlled, operator-friendly dough dividing and moulding machine for gentle processing of all kinds of roll doughs. High degree of flexibility in the production of baked goods in small and medium-sized bakery with only one machine e.g. rustic rectangular rolls, round rolls, and as an option Passau Rose rolls). Gentle processing of soft doughs to an absorption rate of 75% (depending on flour). Integrated stored programmed control, operated via touch screen. Specific customer requirements can be met by the modular design of the machine. 5 or 6-row model.
