The head machines of the MULTIMATIC series were put onto the market for the first time in the year 1995 and, since then, they have been upgraded at regular intervals to match latest developments. The fundamental desire to build a machine that is as close as possible to processing by hand has remained. This is achieved by an integrated drum moulding system, the linked long moulding method and regulated moulding belt flour dusting.
The pressure of the delivery piston is regulated by a hydraulic system to adjust to all ranges of dough
handling. Influence on the dough structures is largely avoided. Modern materials such as Teflon and plastics are used to ensure that processing is stress-free. The machine’s operating belt width is regulated flexibly by a modern control system with frequency converter technology. This also makes it possible to control any range of secondary units.
Machines from the MULTIMATIC series are used all over the world. They are distinguished by their wide
range of possibilities for use, high weight precision, solid design, tried and tested technology and long service life. Wherever quality is required, they are the ideal machines within their performance range – last but not least because of our “tracking design” which makes it possible for regular adjustments to suit changing demands.
The performance of the machines is approx. 2,000 pieces per row
and a weight range from (S) 35-85 g or (SG) 50-150 g;
approx. 1,700 pieces per row from 150-200 g
