1. Verwendung und Wirkungsweise
Der KEMPER Filter-Master wird vorwiegend zum punktförmigen Absaugen von
Schweißrauch eingesetzt. Hierfür ist das Gerät mit einem flexiblen Absaugarm ausgerüstet.
Die schadstoffhaltige Luft wird von der Absaughaube erfasst und gelangt über den Absaugarm
zum Filtergerät. Hier werden in einem auswechselbaren Filtereinsatz auch die sehr feinen
Rauchpartikel mit einem Abscheidegrad von mehr als 99,9 % abgeschieden. Die so gereinigte
Luft wird von dem, im unteren Teil des Gerätes befindlichen, Ventilator angesaugt und in den
Arbeitsraum zurückgegeben.
2. Sicherheitshinweise
Achtung:
Beim Gebrauch von Elektrogeräten sind zum Schutz gegen elektrischen Schlag,
Verletzungs- und Brandgefahr folgende grundsätzliche Sicherheitsmaßnahmen zu beachten!
Lesen und beachten Sie diese Hinweise, bevor Sie das Gerät benutzen:
• Bewahren Sie diese Betriebs- und Wartungsanleitung gut auf.
• Setzen Sie das Gerät nicht zum Absaugen von leicht entzündlichen bzw. explosiven Gasen ein.
• Schützen Sie das Anschlusskabel vor scharfen Kanten, Hitze und Öl.
• Achten Sie stets darauf, dass das Gerät sicher steht und dass die Bremsen an den Rollen
angezogen sind.
• Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht ohne Filtereinsatz.
• Schützen Sie das Gerät vor Nässe und Feuchtigkeit.
• Vor dem Öffnen des Schaltkastens Netzstecker ziehen.
3. Inbetriebnahme
Kontrollieren Sie vor der Montage des Absaugarmes die Drehrichtung des Ventilators.
• Lösen Sie die beiden Spannverschlüsse und klappen Sie den Gehäusedeckel hoch.
• Nehmen Sie die Vorfiltermatte ab und heben Sie den Filtereinsatz aus dem Filterteil heraus.
• Schließen Sie das Gerät an das Stromnetz an.
• Beachten Sie hierbei die Angaben auf dem Typenschild.
• Schalten Sie das Gerät an dem Motorschutzschalter unten auf der Vorderseite
des Gerätes kurz ein und gleich darauf wieder aus.
• Durch das Schutzgitter im Boden des Filterteils sehen Sie
das noch etwas nachlaufende Flügelrad.
Es muss sich gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen.
• Bei falscher Drehrichtung sind am Gerätestecker zwei Phasen zu tauschen.
• Setzen Sie die Filter wieder ein und schließen Sie den Deckel.
• Montieren Sie nun den Absaugarm und beachten Sie hierbei die entsprechende Anleitung.
• Der Sättigungsgrad des Filtereinsatzes wird elektrisch überwacht und ein erforderlicher
Filterwechsel durch Aufleuchten der roten Kontrollleuchte angezeigt.

4. Wartung und Filterwechsel
Außer einem gelegentlichen Nachstellen der Gelenke des Absaugarmes,
siehe entsprechende Anleitung, arbeitet das Gerät wartungsfrei. Lediglich der eingesetzte
Filtereinsatz muss bei Bedarf ausgewechselt werden.
Das Gerät ist mit einem auswechselbaren Filtereinsatz ausgerüstet. Bei Filtersättigung
macht die rote Kontrollleuchte auf den erforderlichen Filterwechsel aufmerksam.
Gehen Sie beim Filterwechsel wie folgt vor:
• Öffnen Sie die Spannverschlüsse am Deckel des Filtergerätes.
• Klappen Sie mit einer Hand den Gerätedeckel hoch, während sie mit der freien Hand
den Absaugarm abstützen. Klappen Sie den Deckel soweit, bis sich der Absaugarm
auf dem Boden abstützt.
• Wechseln Sie die Vorfiltermatte und die Filterkassette.
• Bauen Sie das Gerät in umgekehrter Reihenfolge wieder zusammen.
Achtung:
Filtereinsatz nicht reinigen! Ausklopfen und Ausblasen mit Druckluft führt zu Rissen
im Filtermedium. Schadstoffe gelangen in die Atemluft. Verwenden Sie nur Originalfilter.
5. Technische Daten
Da das Gerät für unterschiedliche Spannungen und Frequenzen geliefert wird,
muss hier auf das jeweilige Typenschild verwiesen werden.

1. Application and operation
The KEMPER Filter-Master is used mainly for source extraction of welding smoke.
Therefore the unit is equipped with one exhaust arm. The contaminated air is drawn in by
the exhaust hood and passes through the exhaust arm to the filter unit. The small particles
are removed from the air stream for more than 99 % by a filter which easily can be replaced.
The so cleaned air is then returned to the workstation.
2. Safety precautions
Caution:
By using electrical devices, the following basic safety instructions must be followed
to prevent shock, injury or fire!
Read and follow these instructions before using the filter unit!
• Keep this installation and operating manual near the filter unit.
• Do not use the unit to extract easily flammable or explosive gases.
• Do not use the unit to extract corrosive substances.
• Protect the electrical cable from heat, oil and sharp edges.
• Make shure, that the unit stands firmly and that the brakes of the casters are locked
• Do not operate the unit without the filter application.
• Protect the unit from dampness and wetness.
• Unplug the unit before you open it!
3. Start-up instructions
Check the rotation direction of the ventilator before installing the exhaust arm!
• Remove the snap fasteners from the and lift the cover.
• Remove the pre-filter and take away the filter insert.
• Connect the unit to input power supply.
• Please notice the details on the type plate.
• Turn on the unit by pushing the protive motor switch for a short time. Then turn it off.
• Check the direction of rotation while the impeller ist still rotating.
The direction must be opposite to clock wise.
• If the direction of the rotation is not correct, you have to change two phases at the plug.
• Place the filter into the unit and close the cover.
• Install now the exhaust arm (see installation manual of the exhaust arm).
• The saturation level of the filter ist electrically monitored. If the red lamp lights up,
the filter must be changed.

4. Maintenance and replacing of filters
Except for occasionally readjustment of the joints of the exhaust arm (see instruction manual
of the exhaust arm), the unit is operating maintenance – free. Only the filter insert has to be
changed, when it becomes necessary. The saturation level of the filter ist electrically monitored.
It is indicated by the red monitor light.
Follow these steps to change the filter unit:
• Disconnect the power supply!
• Open the snap-fasteners on the cover of the unit.
• Lift the cover with one hand. Hold the exhaust arm with the other hand.
Open it so far until the exhaust arm touches the ground.
• Change the pre-filter and the filter casette.
• Assemble the filter unit in reverse sequence.
Caution!
Do not attempt to clean the main filter. Shaking it or using compressed
air will destroy the filter! Contaminated particles can reenter the room.

1. Emploi et fonctionnement
Le Filter-Master est principalement concu pour l´aspiration locale de fumées de soudure.
De ce fait, l´appareil est équipé d´un bras flexible. L´air pollué est capté par la hotte et
parvient au filtre par le bras d´aspiration. Les particules les plus fines sont retenues par
un filtre interchangeable avec un degré de séparation de plus de 99,9%.
L´air purifié est aspiré par le ventilateur se trouvant dans le compartiment inférieur de
l´appareil et reconduit dans l´atelier.
2. Consignes de sécurité
ATTENTION:
Lors de l´utilisation d´appareils électriques, il est nécessaire de prendre
les mesures de sécurité suivantes, afin d´éviter des blessures ou brûlures!
• Lisez et suivez ces indications avant d´utiliser l´appareil.
• Conservez cette notice d´emploi et d´entretien.
• N´utilisez pas ces appareils pour l´aspiration de gaz facilement inflammables ou explosifs.
• Préservez le câble de la chaleur, de l´huile ou d´objets coupants.
• Assurez-vous que l´appareil soit posé solidement au sol et que les roulettes soient bloquées.
• N´utilisez que des filtres de rechange d´origine.
• N´utilisez pas l´appareil sans filtres.
• Protégez l´appareil de l´humidité.
• Débranchez l´appareil avant ouverture du boîtier électrique.
3. Mise en route de l´appareil
Avant le montage des bras d´aspiration controlez le snens de rotation du ventilateur
• Ouvrez les deux charnières et soulever le couvercle.
• Sortez le préfiltre ainsi que le filtre principal.
• Branchez votre appareil.
• Tenez compte des données de la plaque signalétique.
• Allumez et éteignez aussitôt à l´aide de l´interrupteur (en-bas sur le devant de l´appareil).
• Au travers de la grille de sécurité dans le fond du filtre vous verrez tourner l´hélice.
Eile doit tourner dans le sens contraire d´un aiguilie d´une montre.
• Si le ventilateur tourne dabs le mauvais sens, interchangez les deux phases
dans la prise de l´appareil.
• Remettez les filtres en place et refermez le couvercie.
• Montez le bras d´aspiration conformément aux instructions.
• Le degré de saturation du filtre principal est surveillé électroniquement.
Dès que le voyant rouge du tableau de commande s´allume, il est impératif
de changer le filtre principal.
4. Entretien et changement du filtre
Hormis un règlage occasionnel des articulations du bras (voir notice correspondante),
l´appareil est sans entretien. Il est simplement nécessaire de remplacer les filtres saturés.
L´appareil est équipé dún filtre interchangeable.
Le degré de saturation de ce filtre est contrôle par un voyant.
Procédure de changement de filtre:
• Ouvrez les deux charnières du couvercle de l´appareil.
• Soulevez d´une main le couvercle, de l´autre soutenez le bras d´aspiration.
Ouvrez le couvercle jusqu´à ce que le bras touche par-terre.
• Changez le préfiltre et la cassette du filtre.
ATTENTION:
Ne pas nettoyer le filtre. Des secousses et le soufflage à air comprimé détruisent
le média filtrant. Des subslances nocives sont reconquites dans l´atelier.
Utilisez uniquement des filtres originaux.
• Changez le préfiltre et la cassette du filtre.
5. Données techniques
Etant donné que cet appareil peut être équipé pour différentes tensions et fréquences,
il est nécessaire de se référer aux plaques signalétiques des appareils en question.

1. Functie en werking van de filterinstallatie
De KEMPER Filter-Master wordt hoofdzakelijk ingezet voor het afzuigen van lasdampen.
Hiervoor is het toestel met een flexibele afzuigarm uitgevoerd, lengte 2, 3 of 4 meter.
De schadelijke lasdampen worden middels de afzuigkap afgezogen en via de arm
naar de filters geleid.
De filters reinigen de lucht voor 99,97 % conform de wettelijke voorschriften.
De gereinigde lucht wordt in de ruimte teruggeblazen.
2. Veiligheidsvoorzieningen
Let op:
Bij het gebruik van electrische apparaten de volgende veiligheidsmaatregelen
in acht nemen om electrische schok, beschadiging en brandgevaar te vermijden.
Bij het gebruik van dit toestel eerst de onderstaande punten doorlezen.
• Bewaar deze bedieningshandleiding.
• Niet geschikt voor het afzuigen van licht ontvlambare stoffen.
• Aansluitkabel beschermen tegen olie en hitte.
• Stel de Filter-Master stabiel op en blokkeer de remmen.
• De Filter-Master nooit zonder filters gebruiken.
• Beschermen tegen regen of vocht.
• Eerst stekker verwijderen alvorens de unit te openen.
3. Inbedrijfname
Controleer de draairichting van de ventilator alvorens de afzuigarm te monteren.
• Ontgrendel beide snelspansluitingen van het deksel.
• Verwijder de filters uit het filtercompartiment.
• Sluit de Filter-Master aan.
• Let hierbij op de gegevens van het typeplaatje.
• Schakel de unit in en gelijk weer uit middels de motorbeveiligingsschakelaar aan de voorzijde.
• Via het aanzuigrooster op de bodem kunt u de draairichting van de ventilator zien.
De draairichting moet tegen de draairichting van de klok zijn.
• Bíj een foutieve draairichting moet u de twee fases in de steker wisselen.
• Plaats de filters en sluit het deksel, vergrendel de snelspansluitingen.
• Monteer de afzuigarm.
• Een filterindicator (rode lamp) geeft aan wanneer het noodzakelijk is de filters te vervangen.

4. Onderhoud en het wisselen van de filters
Afgezien van het instellen van de afzuigarm in de beginperiode, benodigt de Filter-Master
géén onderhoud. Vanzelfsprekend moet u de filters vervangen indien deze verzadigd zijn.
De filters zijn verzadigd zodra de rode lamp opblinkt, deze moeten dan ook vervangen worden.
Het vervangen van de filters gaat als volgt:
• Blokkeer de remmen van de wielen
• Ontgrendel de beide snelspansluitingen van het deksel
• Klap het deksel open en ondersteun hierbij de afzuigarm
totdat de afzuigkap de grond raakt
• Verwissel het voorfilter en indien nodig ook het hoofdfilter
• Sluit het deksel en vergrendel de snelspansluitingen
Let op: de filters niet uitblazen of reinigen.

wij u voor de exacte gegevens naar het typeplaatje.

1. Utilización del equipo
El Filter-Master está diseñado para la eficaz aspiración localizada y filtración
de humos de soldadura. El filtro se suministra con brazo flexible posicionable de 3 m.
El aire contaminado es aspirado por la campana del brazo y canalizado a través de
éste hasta la unidad de filtración. Las partículas más gruesas son retenidas por el prefiltro.
Posteriormente el humo pasa por el filtro principal donde las partículas más finas son
retenidas eficazmente con un grado de filtración superior al 99 %. El aire purificado es
aspirado por el ventilator y devuelto al taller.
2. Instrucciones de Seguridad
Atencion:
Tomar todas las precauciones recomendadas para equipos eléctricos
con el fin de evitar shock eléctrico, daños o incendio.
Antes de utilizar el equipo deberá leer y seguir al pié de la letra las siguientes instrucciones:
• Tener a mano estas instrucciones de servicio y mantenimiento.
• No utilizar este equipo para la aspiración de gases fácilmente inflamables o explosivos.
• Mantener el cable de conexión fuera de las zonas de calor, chispas u objetos cortantes.
• Asegurar que la sujeción del brazo es correcta y poner los frenos
en las ruedas una vez posicionado.
• No utilizar el aspirador sin filtros.
• Proteger el equipo de la humedad.
• Desconectar la unidad de la red eléctrica cuando se manipule en su interior.
• Tener en cuenta los datos que se indican en la placa de características.
3. Puesta en marcha
Antes de montar el brazo de aspiración en el filtro comprobar
que el sentido de giro del ventilador es correcto, para ello:
• Soltar los cierres acodados de la tapa superior del filtro y levantar ésta.
• Retirar el prefiltro y extraer el filtro principal. En el fondo existe una rejilla.
• Cerrar el equipo, conectarlo a la red y pulsar el interrruptor de puesta
en marcha pulsando nuevamente para desconectarlo.
• Observar el sentido de giro a través de la rejilla.
Debe girar en sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj.
• En el caso de giro incorrecto, intercambiar las fases en el enchufe.
• Colocar filtro y prefiltro y cerrar los cierres acodados.
• Instalar el brazo de aspiración según su propio manual.
• Situar la campana del brazos de 30 a 50 cm de la zona
de soldadura y en posición inclinada.

4. Mantenimiento y cambio del filtro
Excepto los ajustes que puedan ser necesarios en las rótulas de la estructura
portante del brazo, la unidad no exige otro mantenimiento que la sustitución
de los filtros cuando éstos se saturen.
El grado de saturación del filtro se controla electrónicamente y avisa
la necesidad de sustitución del mismo mediante el piloto rojo.
El cambio del filtro se realiza de la forma siguiente:
• Desconectar el filtro de la red eléctrica.
• Soltar los cierres acodados en la tapa superior del filtro.
• Levantar la tapa hasta que el brazo quede apoyado en el suelo.
• Cambiar el prefiltro y el filtro principal.
• Cerrar la tapa, ajustar los cierres acodados y conectar el equipo a la red.
Atencion:
La utilización de aire comprimido para la limpieza del filtro supondrá el deterioro
de éste y por tanto su ineficacia, además del riesgo de liberar materias peligrosas
al ambiente. No emplear otros filtros que los originales.

1. Przeznaczenie i sposób działania
Filter – Master jest przeznaczony do punktowego odsysania zanieczyszczeń spawalniczych.
W tym celu urządzenie zostało wyposażone w ramię odciągowe. Zanieczyszczone powietrze
usuwane jest za pomocą ssawki, następnie przewodem odciągowym przedostaje się do urządzenia
filtrującego. Tutaj przy pomocy wymiennych wkładów filtracyjnych następuje oddzielenie
zanieczyszczeń, ze stopniem filtracji powyżej 99 %. Powietrze zasysane jest przy pomocy
wentylatora umieszczonego w dolnej części urządzenia i oczyszczone powraca z powrotem
do pomieszczenia.
2. Wskazówki
UWAGA:
Przy użyciu urządzeń elektrycznych należy zachować szczególną ostrożność przed porażeniem
elektrycznym, skaleczeniem i niebezpieczeństwie pożaru, przestrzegając podstawowych wymogów
bezpieczeństwa.
Przed użyciem należy zapoznać się z poniższymi wskazówkami:
• Zapoznać się dobrze z urządzeniem i instrukcją obsługi.
• Nie stosować urządzenia do odsysania substancji łatwopalnych, względnie gazów wybuchowych.
• Chronić kabel przyłączeniowy przed przegrzaniem, olejem i ostrymi kantami.
• Zwrócić uwagę, by urządzenie było stabilnie ustawione, a hamulce przy kółkach zablokowane.
• Chronić urządzenie przed wilgocią.
• Nie używać urządzenia bez filtrów.
• Stosować tylko oryginalne filtry zapasowe.
• Przed otwarciem urządzenia wyciągnąć wtyczkę z gniazdka.
3. Uruchomienie
Kontrola kierunku obrotów wentylatora ( przed zamontowaniem ramienia odciągowego).
• Obluzować obydwa zaciski i podnieść pokrywę obudowy.
• Wyjąć matę filtra wstępnego i wsad filtracyjny.
• Podłączyć urządzenie do sieci.
• Włączyć urządzenie i po chwili wyłączyć.
• Zaobserwować kierunek obrotów wirnika poprzez siatkę ochronną znajdującą się w dolnej części.
Prawidłowy kierunek obrotów jest przeciwny do ruchu wskazówek zegara.
• W wypadku niewłaściwego kierunku obrotów zamienić 2 fazy we wtyczce.
• Włożyć ponownie filtr i zamknąć pokrywę.
• Zamontować ramię odciągowe.
• Stopień nasycenia wkładów filtracyjnych jest elektronicznie nadzorowany. W momencie zapalenia
się czerwonej, kontrolnej lampki należy wymienić wkład filtracyjny.

4. Kontrola pracy i wymiana filtrów
Po właściwym ustawieniu przegubu ramienia odciągowego, urządzenie pracuje bez wymogów
dalszej obsługi. Jedynie w razie potrzeby muszą być wymienione wkłady filtracyjne.
Urządzenie jest wyposażone w wymienne wkłady filtracyjne. W momencie nasycenia filtrów zapala
się czerwona lampka kontrolna, która sygnalizuje konieczność wymiany.
Przy wymianie filtrów należy postępować następująco:
• Za pomocą zacisków otworzyć pokrywę urządzenia filtrującego.
• Podnieść pokrywę urządzenia jedną ręką, a drugą podtrzymać ramię odciągowe. Odchylić
pokrywę maksymalnie, aż ramię odciągowe opadnie na podłogę.
• Wymienić matę filtracyjną i kaseton filtracyjny.
• Zmontować urządzenie.
UWAGA:
Nie czyścić filtra! Wygrzebywanie i wydmuchiwanie prowadzi do zniszczenia struktury filtra,
a zanieczyszczenia rozprzestrzeniają się po pomieszczeniu.
5. Dane techniczne
Urządzenie jest przeznaczone dla różnego rodzaju napięć i częstotliwości. W każdym przypadku
należy zapoznać się z instrukcją obsługi i tabliczką znamionową.

1. Utilizzo e funzionamento
Il Filter-Master
KEMPER
viene principalmente utilizzato per l’aspirazione puntiforme del fumo di
saldatura. Per questo motivo l’apparecchio è dotato di braccio aspirante flessibile. L’aria contenente
sostanze nocive viene catturata dalla cappa di aspirazione e trasportata successivamente al filtro
attraverso il braccio aspirante. Qui le particelle di fumo, anche quelle più sottili, vengono separate
con un grado di depolverazione superiore al 99,9 % in un elemento filtrante sostituibile.
L’aria purificata viene aspirata dal ventilatore ubicato nella parte inferiore dell’apparecchio e messa
in circolo nella zona di lavoro.
2. Norme di sicurezza
Attenzione:
Durante l’uso di apparecchiature elettriche adottare le seguenti misure di sicurezza di base
al fine di garantire la protezione contro le scariche e prevenire il rischio di lesioni e incendio!
Prima di utilizzare l’apparecchio, leggere e rispettare le seguenti avvertenze:
• Conservare le istruzioni per l’uso e la manutenzione in buono stato.
• Non utilizzare l’apparecchio per aspirare gas esplosivi o leggermente infiammabili.
• Proteggere il cavo di collegamento da spigoli vivi, dal calore e dall’olio.
• Assicurarsi sempre che l’apparecchio sia messo in una posizione stabile e che i freni
sui rulli siano serrati.
• Non mettere in funzione l’apparecchio senza elemento filtrante.
• Proteggere l’apparecchio dall’umidità.
• Sfilare la spina di rete prima di aprire la cassetta di manovra.
3. Messa in funzione
Prima di montare il braccio di aspirazione, controllare il senso di rotazione del ventilatore.
• Allentare le due chiusure e sollevare il coperchio dell’alloggiamento.
• Rimuovere il prefiltro ed estrarre dal filtro l’elemento filtrante.
• Collegare l’apparecchio alla rete elettrica.
• Nel fare questo, prestare attenzione ai dati riportati sulla targhetta.
• Accendere per breve tempo l’apparecchio dall’interruttore di protezione motore in basso
nella parte anteriore dello stesso e spegnerlo subito dopo.
• Attraverso la griglia di protezione sul fondo del filtro, è possibile notare che l’elica continua
a girare. L’elica deve ruotare in senso antiorario.
• Se il senso di rotazione non è corretto, è necessario scambiare due fasi sulla spina
dell’apparecchio.
• Inserire nuovamente il filtro e chiudere il coperchio.
• A questo punto montare il braccio aspirante seguendo le relative istruzioni.
• Il grado di saturazione dell’elemento filtrante viene monitorato elettricamente;
l’accensione di una spia di controllo rossa indica che bisogna procedere alla
sostituzione dell’elemento filtrante.

4. Manutenzione e sostituzione del filtro
Al di là di un’occasionale regolazione delle giunture del braccio aspirante (vedere le relative
istruzioni), l’apparecchio è esente da manutenzioni. Solo l’elemento filtrante deve essere
sostituito secondo necessità.
L’apparecchio è dotato di un elemento filtrante sostituibile. In caso di saturazione del filtro,
la spia di controllo rossa indica la necessità di sostituire il filtro.
Per la sostituzione del filtro, fare riferimento alla seguente procedura:
• Aprire le chiusure di tensione sul coperchio del filtro.
• Con una mano sollevare il coperchio dell’apparecchio, sostenendo con l’altra mano
il braccio aspirante. Sollevare il coperchio fino a far poggiare il braccio aspirante sul fondo.
• Sostituire il prefiltro e l’elemento filtrante.
• Riassemblare l’apparecchio seguendo la procedura inversa.
Attenzione:
non pulire l’elemento filtrante! L’utilizzo di aria compressa per disincrostare e scaricare
potrebbe causare incrinature nel mezzo del filtro. Le sostanze nocive vengono scaricate
nell’aria. Utilizzare solo filtri originali.
5. Dati tecnici
Dato che l’apparecchio è in grado di supportare diverse tensioni e frequenze,
si rimanda in questo caso alla targhetta.

1. Použití a funkční charakteristika
Filtr
KEMPER
se používá převážně k bodovému odsávání dýmu vznikajícího při svařování. K tomuto účelu je přístroj vybaven flexibilním odsávacím ramenem. Vzduch obsahující škodliviny je zachycen sací hubicí a přes sací rameno se dostane do filtračního
přístroje. V něm jsou ve výměnné filtrační vložce odlučovány i velmi jemné částečky kouře s účinností více než 99%. Takto vyčištěný vzduch se nasává ventilátorem umístěným na spodní části přístroje a vrací se zpět do pracovního prostoru.
2. Bezpečnostní pokyny
Upozornění:
Při používání elektrických přístrojů je třeba z důvodu ochrany před úderem elektrickým proudem,
nebezpečí poranění a požáru dodržovat tato základní bezpečnostní opatření!
Před použitím přístroje si přečtěte a dodržujte tyto pokyny:
• Tento návod k použití a údržbě dobře uschovejte.
• Nepoužívejte přístroj k odsávání k odsávání snadno zápalných a výbušných plynů.
• Chraňte přívodní kabel před horkem, olejem a ostrými hranami.
• Neustále dbejte na to, aby stál přístroj bezpečně a aby byly na vodících kolečkách zataženy
brzdy.
• Nepoužívejte přístroj bez filtračních vložek.
• Chraňte přístroj před vlhkostí a mokrem.
• Před otevřením skříňového rozvaděče vytáhněte síťový kabel.
3. Uvedení do provozu
Před montáží sacího ramene zkontrolujte směr otáčení ventilátoru.
• Uvolněte obě rychlospony a odklopte horní kryt.
• Vyjměte předfiltrační síto a vyndejte filtrační vložku z filtrační části ven.
• Zapojte přístroj do elektrické sítě. Dodržujte údaje uvedené na typovém štítku.
• Uveďte přístroj krátce do provozu ochranným spínačem na přední straně přístroje dole a
hned jej zase vypněte.
• Přes ochrannou mřížku ve spodní části filtrační jednotky se podívejte na dobíhající kolo
ventilátoru. Musí se otáčet proti směru hodinových ručiček.
• Při špatném směru otáčení zaměňte dvě fáze na zástrčce přístroje.
• Vložte zpět filtr a uzavřete kryt.
• Namontujte odsávací rameno a dodržujte přitom příslušné pokyny.
• Stupeň zanesení hlavního filtru je elektronicky kontrolován, zobrazuje se pomocí kontrolek a
nutnost vyměnit filtr je signalizována rozsvícením červené kontrolky.

4. Údržba a výměna filtru
Kromě příležitostného doladění kloubů sacího ramen, viz příslušný návod, pracuje přístroj
bezúdržbově. Vyměňovat je třeba pouze v případě potřeby použité filtry.
Přístroj je vybaven výměnnou filtrační vložkou. Při zanesení filtru upozorní červená kontrolka na
potřebnou výměnu filtru.
Postup při výměně filtru:
• Otevřete rychlospojky na víku filtračního přístroje.
• Jednou rukou zvedněte víko přístroje do výšky, zatímco volnou rukou podepřete odsávací
rameno.
• Vyměňte filtrační vložku předfiltru a filtrační kazetu.
V opačném sledu přístroj opět poskládejte.
Upozornění:
Filtr nečistěte! Vyklopení nebo vyfoukání pomocí stlačeného vzduchu vede ke zničení
filtračního média. Škodliviny se dostanou do okolního vzduchu! Používejte pouze originální
filtry.
5. Technické údaje
Protože se přístroj dodává pro různá napětí a frekvence, je nutno se vždy řídit podle příslušného
typového štítku.
