Specification
The AF 2002 proofer is a so called static intermediate proofer for round
and for pre moulded oblong dough pieces in cups or trays.

The AF 2002 proofer is especially suitable for soft and prefermented dough’s with a long oor time. All types of most common dough’s can also be handled easily.
