Peel back protective polyfoam on both column and base.

Both ends of the column are the same.
(6) 1/4-20 x 5/8"
Rod Bolts

Line up the holes and assemble using the five 1/4-20 x 1
bolts and lock washers.

Tighten bolts using a staggered procedure until all of the bolts are tight.

Assemble the mounting plate to the column. The corner of the plate must line up
with the leg.
Use five 1/4-20 x 3/4" button socket cap bolts in a staggered procedure until all
of the bolts are tight.

Warning
Ensure mounting plate is aligned
with th e table leg, as shown in
step 5.
Assemble the base to the top. Using six 1/4-20 x 5/8" rod bolts, secure the
base to the top by tightening in a staggered procedure.

Insert the cord through the top of the table and feed through the column and out
through the bottom.

Before installing the power unit, read the factory directions in the power box for
proper assembly instructions.

Carefully insert the power unit into the opening in the top of the table, and
press firmly.
Move the table into place.
