Keating’s Portable Basket Rack is the ideal accessory
for huge volume cooking stations. With three standard
models available, choose the Keating Basket Rack
which will help keep your kitchen organized and running
effi ciently, even during peak times. Custom models can
also be manufactured according to your specifi cations.

Rugged construction

The Keating Portable Basket Rack is constructed of
highly polished stainless steel to ensure durability. Extra
sturdy basket hanger rods ensure that baskets grip and
don’t slide off.

Holds a variety of baskets

Six inch vertical spacing on basket rods hold a large
variety of baskets. The BR-18 holds up to 18-14" split
baskets, the BR-24 can hold up to 24-14" split baskets.
The BR-32 holds up to 32-14" split baskets.

Easy portability

Manufactured with four heavy duty casters, the Keat­ing Basket Rack can easily be maneuvered around
the kitchen. Two front swivel casters make moving the
basket rack an easy task, even around tight corners.

Baskets are Optional

FRONT VIEW

Designed for maximum portability, the Keating Portable
Basket Rack is constructed of a Stainless Steel base and
back, mounted on heavy duty casters. Stainless Steel rods
have been designed to support the weight of hanging baskets.

SPECIFICATIONS

Base - Constructed of 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" 10 gauge Stainless

Steel angles, mounted on casters.

Back - Constructed of 18 gauge Stainless Steel attached to
two 1" x 1" 10 gauge channels, which have been braced and
welded to the base.

Pan - Removable pan is made of 18 gauge Stainless Steel,
with handles.

SIDE VIEW

Casters - Four casters are mounted under the
base. Two fi xed 3" diameter casters are positioned
in the back, and two 3" diameter swivel casters
with brakes are positioned in the front.

Hangers - Made of Stainless Steel rods, the hang­ers are 5/16" in diameter, and are mounted in the
back frame.

Basket Capacity - The BR No. 18 holds up to 18 ­14" split baskets. BR No. 24 holds up to 24 - 14"
split baskets, and BR No. 32 will hold up to 32 ­14" split baskets.
